"This hotel's location is absolutely perfect! It's right in the middle of Lakeside Road, making it convenient to get to either end of Phewa Lake. The surrounding area is Pokhara's bustling city center, but because the hotel is set back a few hundred meters, it's completely quiet at night. We checked in the day after our trip to Australian Camp and immediately indulged in a spa treatment at the hotel, which was an excellent experience! The hotel staff were also very attentive and patient, helping us arrange transport and plan our itinerary. The room facilities aren't luxurious, but they're clean and tidy, and absolutely sufficient. This is a fantastic hotel! I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Pokhara!"

"I’ve read other reviews for this hotel and am amazed it has been given 5* rating.  The staff certainly are excellent, and the pool is nice, but the rooms are very basic, quite dismal, and lacking in anything of quality.  Towels were stained and grey from poor laundering, sheets OK but pillowslips stained.  The towel rail was fitted  askew.  The open shower was too close to the toilet so that, even with the curtain drawn, water escaped and I had to dry it before I could use the toilet.  I had breakfast on 2 days: starts at 7am but egg station not ready until 7.15 on both mornings.  Food, again, was very basic with not much choice and certainly not ‘delicious’. Sorry, but I rate this as 3*."

"I stayed alone in a Standard Double Room and found it very comfortable. The room was clean and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, making it more than comfortable enough for a solo stay. The bed was spacious, allowing for a good night’s rest. The shower and Wi-Fi worked well without any issues, so there were no inconveniences during the stay. The surrounding environment was pleasant, and it was easy to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. The staff were also polite and kind, which made my friend feel safe and comfortable even while staying alone. Considering the price, the overall quality of the hotel was very high, and it is a great choice for solo travelers."

"I stayed at this hotel before and after my four-day trek in Poon Hill. It's the only five-star hotel in Pokhara, offering excellent value for money. While the location is a bit out of the city and quiet, it's conveniently located near the airport. It boasts a swimming pool and gym, and the hotel's own massage center, KINJJALA, is particularly noteworthy. The service was warm and the massage therapists were professional. A deep massage after the trek relieved most of my fatigue. During our conversation, I casually mentioned my birthday, and the massage center informed the restaurant to bring me a small cake and a group birthday song from the staff while I was dining. Thank you, beautiful KUSUMU! She was a highlight of my trip."

"This retreat is a magical place. The most beautiful view one could wish for in Pokhara. It takes roughly 30 minutes to arrive by car from either the airport or bus stop. The view of Himalayas with gorgeous sunset and sunrise is the reason we chose to stay here. We spent 4 days 3 nights here and we were blessed with breathtaking views. One particular day was fully clouded so it really depends on luck. Stay longer! The rooms get pretty cold in December and luckily they are equipped with heater. I think the bed is just okay, definitely could replace with better ones. The shower takes a awhile to heat up and that's okay but i think they should add a tray to place toiletries for easier shower. The room also need more hooks or a wardrobe to better hang our clothes. The retreat also has a little garden where they plant vegetables. I love going up there to see what they plant. There is a short hike down the retreat to reach a look out point and the world peace pagoda. The restaurant serves good breakfast. Though i wish they could serve all items at once instead of coming out 1 by 1. The dinner menu is slightly expensive and there are some hits and misses. I would recommend the jhol momo, thakali set, pork chilli, chicken manchurian. I think the soup options are way too overpriced for the portion. Lastly, i would like to commend on all staffs here for the exceptional service and hospitality. We even got a small gift that came with Nepali ritual i believe as a blessing. All the best to the team and continue to make this place better."
