Title: Great Location for a Fun Theme Park Visit Review: Location: Great location, especially if you’re visiting the theme park. Very convenient and easy to find food around the area. Room: The room is spacious and comfortable. However, the towel and pillow could be improved for better comfort. The water pressure was also a bit low. Although the price is slightly on the higher side, the overall stay was still pleasant. Breakfast: Breakfast was decent and satisfactory. Service: Service was excellent, especially from the counter staff and bellboy who were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast offers a good variety, catering well to Chinese tastes. The soy milk is quite good; it doesn't taste like instant, and thankfully lacks that raw, beany flavor you sometimes get from freshly ground. The room was clean and tidy. My only minor complaint is that the beds are too small – two single beds aren't ideal for a family of three.

As times progress, more and more hotels and guesthouses are using this simplified check-in method, offering greater convenience. The room's overall facilities were quite good, but the bathroom drain was a bit clogged. I had to turn off the water at least three times to let the water drain away during a shower; this needs improvement.

Travelodge Ipoh is a household name in good accomodation services, so as my first time staying here I was impressed with the staff. From the security personnel, front desk to housekeeping all are very friendly, always smiling an very helpful. The underground car park is spacious, well lit and easy to access. Check in was a breeze and the room is spacious, clean, cozy and confortable. Will stay here again for my future business trips to Ipoh

Room age and looks old especially the flooring SPC wood layer already peeled out and loose after we accidentally kicked on it near balcony, but is broken easily due to rain water seepage in from balcony and luckily our feet didn't get hurts after accidentally kick on it, also in detachable condition so really deteriorating . Took RM100 deposit upon check in and we worried they will blame this on us but luckily they didn't say anything. I hope the management will at least change the flooring, as it can pose dangerous risk and don't let bad things happen over only regret over it. Breakfast is included, under age 5 is free.

Cleaniness: i found a used coffee pack underthe wardrobe Location is alright, ntging special but nothing bad either Service: idk the service is kinda meh… and the fridge is not cold at all, it takes literally 2 days (48hours) to cold up my drinks The breakfast and event is nice and the waitress there is nice as well… i just don’t like the staff didnt invite to go outside for the countdown…. imagine Im still sitting there after 12:00 after countdown haha. if the cleaniness and service is fixed i think i should be 10/10 hotel ngl

Very pleasant stay at Novotel Taiping. The hotel has a very convenient location and is easy to access. The room size was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was superb and stable throughout the stay. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended when staying in Taiping.

This hotel truly offers a special atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond; our names were even on a welcome board! We were upgraded and treated like VIPs. The general manager clearly fosters excellent hospitality. Even a waiter moonlighting as a village trekking guide made our experience unforgettable. It felt more like a home than a hotel. If you're looking for authentic warmth and connection, this is it!

Great location and food, pools are small, but my kid like it very much. Area to be impressed: 1 amenities: the noise isolation by window is not sufficient. The noise from outside cooling tower sounds too big in the night sleep. 2 cleanliness: the floor under the bed is the blind spot in the quality control of cleaning

The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding soft and skin-friendly, and the good soundproofing ensured a peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in and check-out efficient and quick. A special shout-out to the breakfast – a diverse selection of fresh and delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The hygiene was satisfactory, with timely daily cleaning. Great value for money; I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future business trips or vacations.
