Very good service by Sunway staffs, all smiles and patience and friendly with kids. My son is very happy from enjoying this Lost world zoo trip! 5 stars You can only check in after 3pm due to their small amount of rooms, so DO NOT come earlier! But the staff are really good to call me when room is ready so I really appreciate that. The location is also very good if you are planning to go Lost World, but other than that it is a pain in the ass to travel to old town or central area of Ipoh for good food, just secluded area. Prebook Jeff Cellar since it's in the same area if you want high end but good food. Sunway should not only sell their own products (white label) but also should include things outside like chips or medicine. Not really convenient when all the ground floor of hotel / inside Lost World doesn't have midnight snacks that isn't Sunway branded 😂

Value for money choice. I stay at Weil hotel for 5day4nights. Its lobby connects to shopping plaza enterance. It provides you shopping choice even rainy day. Staff attutide is excellent and helpful. The room space is  big enough, comfort ventilation. They offer delicious , greate variety food breakfast. You can taste famous local food in one place, there.  Thank you Weil Hotel. The homestay has a modern and pleasant design, but several aspects made the stay less comfortable than expected. Parking is very inconvenient as there is no lift connecting directly from the parking area to the homestay, which made moving our luggage difficult. The host also forgot to provide bath towels, and we only realized it late at night, so immediate assistance wasn’t possible — luckily, we had brought our own. Another major downside is the noise. There is ongoing construction from 8am to 7pm, making the place very noisy throughout the day. Overall, while the unit itself looks nice, the convenience and comfort level could be improved significantly.

Room was spacious and clean and bed was very comfortable. Can get grab or drive to nearby attractions Tasik Cermin 1 or 2 mirror lake, San Po cave, old towns and shopping centres. Quiet environment.

Hotel Grand Baron is a great place to stay if you want quiet and peaceful hotel. About 2 km from Taiping center, so you might need to drive or take a cab/grab to move around Taiping town. But if you like the nature, it is quite near to Burmese pool, Bukit Larut, Zoo Taiping and Taman Tasik Taiping

The hotel room is providing advance technology like Bluetooth mirror and toilet… there free snacks from the hotel and there facial scans for easier convenient.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is strategic.Hawker stalls are nearby and plenty of choices even by walking distance.It’s definitely convenient and it’s located inside taiping mall.

Newly renovated room on 8 floor. Very decent room and breakfast for the pricing. Parking outside the hotel . Good location near to airport and petrol station. Hotel is under renovation but still is decent enough. 41 RM for breakfast for 1 pax seem cheaper than booking online which is for 2 pax and higher price.

Very highly recommended this hotel , All staff very friendly & helpfully , room very clear .. the best this hotel is breakfast food all very delicious and always top up the food Vibes kampung very nice .. i will come again & i very love this hotel !

The location for this hotel is good, my 2nd time stay here, however the opposite side restaurant have music very loud till midnight
