"Although our first impression was not very good as there was no electricity when we arrived, the staff were very responsive and kept us updated on when the electricity would be restored. We also had an issue with the water, but the staff quickly arranged for a plumber to come and fix it. Their staffs prompt response and helpfulness in resolving the issues. the location was convenient. Overall, a good experience and would consider staying here again. 😊"

"appreciate the hotel being green. They have water dispenser near the life lobby. Love their bed. Very big. We booked deluxe family king. We paid $170 for 2D1N in July 2026. Reason we booked its because we went to Legoland. Jungle land nearby was nice."

"We paid $170 for a 3D2N stay in a Superior Room with breakfast for a birthday staycation. Unfortunately, despite it being a birthday stay, no special amenities or gestures were provided during our stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with KSL City Mall just opposite. We opted for twin beds because the room was available when we checked in at 12pm; otherwise, we would have had to wait until the official 3pm check-in time. The room was spacious and well equipped with disposable slippers, a safe, shower amenities, and toothbrushes. There was also a full-length mirror and a table, which were useful. However, there were a few downsides. The TV did not support screen sharing, and the beds were quite hard, which may not be comfortable for everyone. Breakfast was fairly average and the dining area was very crowded, so we only had breakfast on one of the two days. On the positive side, we absolutely loved the infinity pool, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay."

"This was my second time staying at New York Hotel. This time, I stayed in a Family Room. We originally had three people, and after added an extra bed. The price was still quite reasonable, and breakfast was included, which was a good value. The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. There were many choices, including local Malaysian favourites such as roti prata, nasi lemak, porridge, and more. I really enjoyed having so many different options. My favourite part of the hotel is definitely the indoor swimming pool. The hotel also has a gym and jacuzzi, which are great facilities for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. The Family Room was very spacious, and the view was beautiful. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby places. However, there are still some areas that need improvement. The shower mat was quite dirty, which was disappointing. Also, out of the three towels provided, two of them had a very strong unpleasant smell. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to the cleanliness and freshness of the towels and bathroom items. Another thing I found inconvenient was that there were only two charging sockets in the room, and one of them was located in the bathroom. For a family room, I think having more charging points would be much more convenient for guests. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay because of the spacious room, beautiful view, good breakfast, indoor swimming pool, gym and jacuzzi. However, I hope the hotel can improve the cleanliness of the bathroom items, the smell of the towels, and provide more convenient charging points."

"Tune Hotel check in service is friendly, fast and informative, and give me my room near lift. English speaking well and clear. There's sofas at front desk and rest area with hot and cold dispenser. So bring your own cups, cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar and creamer, the room do not have these. Front desk sells cup noodles, toothbrushes and other stuffs. Nearby have 24hour convenient stores and 7-11, last than 5 minutes walk away. My Double room is small and simple, lucky I didn't bring luggage, not sure where to open my luggage. There are power plugs on one side table and under the rotatable table. No chair so the rotatable table is useful for some work done but sitting on the bed end is too far for short/small person. Tv is not clear, there are some Singapore channels. The Hotel is near the Expressway, convenient to travel, no jam around but noisy, not soundproof. Hairdryer in the bathroom is convenient. Bar soap and shampoo and towels are provided. Not carpeted and no room slipper. The fan is shaky and air-con will make noise if you don't know how to do setting. There's a ironing room with window and fan. Housekeeping did a great job, the room is very clean everytime. Ground level lobby have clean toilets. Nearby have Hainan Sper Cafe behind Golden Leaf Hotel Xpertgadget mobile phone repair shop Charis Coffee House close at 5pm-1am 6 min walk away"

"My stay here was very good. The room was spacious enough and very clean, and the bathroom was spotless too. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. The breakfast selection was also quite varied. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing, which wasn't great, but overall, I'd still highly recommend it."

"Hotel was clean and quite. Fast check in and check out. Service was good. Location ok. Short walking distance to KSL mall and a massage parlour just besides the hotel. Very convenient to book grab from the hotel to anywhere."

"This would be the 3rd time we requested for a connecting room and was told there wasn't any left even though we had gone ahead and requested way earlier when we booked the rooms. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory. From the rooms to breakfast and efficiency of the staff."
