The parking is shared with the mall. If you're lucky, you can park close to the hotel elevator, but if not, you might end up parking quite far away. Check-in was quick, and the room size was decent. The chair had a cigarette burn hole that hadn't been repaired. Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable. Breakfast was crowded but had many options, and the food was satisfying and tasty. Check-out was fast and easy. You need to swipe your card at the front desk for free parking.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We checked in late due to work-related commitments, and upon arrival, the front desk informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite since the hotel was fully booked. It was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. The amenities were excellent, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The only issue we encountered was with our key card, which was not being recognized by the door. It was replaced twice, although we're not sure what caused the problem. Despite this, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally, ensuring that the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return in the future.

All good except shower. Only rain shower, no shower Rose. Meaning my hair sure get wet. Not able to shower clean especially we can't hold the shower rose, too high up in ceiling, doesn't make sense. How to shower kids if they come along?

This was my third stay at this hotel, and it's consistently clean, quiet, and in an excellent location. It's only a few minutes' drive to the city center. The next morning, we drove just 10 minutes to Perling, where there are tons of Chinese kopitiams to choose from – super convenient! 🤠 This time, I stayed here for one night to rest up after my trip to and from Batam, and it was a great choice. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance! 🫶🏻

It was my 1st time booking a stay at Sunway Hotel Big Box and I must say the overall experience was truly wonderful and memorable. During registration, I was pleasantly surprised when your staff, Arjun, warmly greeted me and even handed me a cookie, such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture. Duty Manager Praba was attending to me and her professionalism combined with her friendly personality made the check-in experience even more enjoyable. I jokingly mentioned to Praba that 24 May was my Birthday and asked if there were any special privileges. Although it was a last-minute request, she kindly explained that such arrangements are usually made in advance during booking. Despite that, she went the extra mile by upgrading my room and even generously offered to arrange a room setup for me. I was truly touched by her sincerity and willingness to make my day special. When I first entered the room, there wasn’t any setup yet, but I completely understood given the short notice and did not want to trouble the team further. To my surprise, Praba later reached out to me via WhatsApp while I was out for dinner, offering to proceed with the room decoration and even arrange for a slice cake to be sent to my room. Her initiative and thoughtfulness truly meant a lot to me. When I returned after dinner, I was almost in tears. The room was beautifully set up, beyond my expectations. The effort, attention to detail, and the speed at which everything was arranged were incredibly impressive. It made my birthday so meaningful, special, and unforgettable. I would like to sincerely thank Praba, Arjun, and the entire team involved for their outstanding service, warmth, and dedication. Your hospitality is truly heartwarming and deeply appreciated. I had a wonderful stay at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with excellent facilities including a kitchenette and comfortable bed. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, especially for travelers using JB Sentral and the Singapore checkpoint. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, and the swimming pool and gym were well maintained. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Johor Bahru. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Great stay! The room was quite normal. Clean but nothing aesthetics. Suitable for people who just wants to stay for the need. Not for staycation or for people who loves hotel aesthetics. Breakfast spread was limited. Not a lot of options but the vibe of the restaurant was cool when the sun shines in. Overall it was good, wouldn’t mind to stay again.

This hotel's location is perfect for those traveling to Indonesia by ferry, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The rooms, despite the hotel's age, have been renovated and are reasonably clean. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!
