Lmh TiffPros:
* Great location at a great price, very close to shopping areas. There is a 7-Eleven right next door, and it is easy to book an Uber. The bus stop is also only about 30 meters away.
* Automatic check-in and check-out, which is very efficient and convenient.
Overall: 8/10
* The room is quite spacious.
* Plenty of power outlets in the room, which is very convenient.
Cons:
* The room is quite old, and the paint on the door was already peeling off.
* They use a very strong diffuser scent in the public areas, which I found quite unpleasant.
* No bath towels were provided; they only offered one size of towel.

Service: Arrived at 12 AM Korea time, and the front desk gentleman spoke excellent Chinese, which made communication very easy. The hotel hallway was wide and smelled lovely. Even though it was fully booked, it was very quiet for sleeping, so the soundproofing seems good.
Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned daily. There were no disposable toothbrushes, so you'll need to bring your own. The leather slippers weren't disposable either, so I'd recommend bringing your own slippers.
Facilities: There's a kettle and a mini-fridge, with mineral water replenished daily. There are two Chinese-style power outlets, but the bedside outlets are Korean, so it's more convenient to bring your own adapter if you need one.
Surroundings: The CU downstairs is open from 6:30 AM to 11 PM, but there's a 24-hour CU just 150 meters away. There are also 24-hour pollock soup and pork bone soup restaurants nearby. Compose Coffee is across the street. Overall, it's great, the streets are quiet, and it's easy to catch a taxi.

Guest UserThis is a standard city hotel, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. I tried to check in around 10 AM, and the front desk said if I was a Lotte member, I could check in immediately; otherwise, I'd have to wait until around 3 PM for the room to be ready.
I signed up for membership, and they gave me a room facing the airport and the sea (the other side has a mountain view), which offered a fantastic view.
I booked a family room with one single bed and one king bed, which was perfectly fine for two adults and two children. The hotel has an outdoor pool and laundry facilities, making it a good spot for a layover or quick stop. However, for a full vacation in Jeju, I'd still recommend Seogwipo.
The hotel's podium building houses a Lotte Duty Free shop, which isn't very large. It's about a 10-minute walk to Baojian Road, making dining and shopping quite convenient. It's also about 2-3 blocks from Grand Hyatt, all on the same street.

Guest UserThe room size was decent. We were assigned a room on an upper floor, and some areas were under renovation, so it was a bit noisy. The location is indeed good, directly opposite the Shilla Duty Free Shop, and a short walk to Baojian Street with many dining options nearby. However, the most baffling thing is that while I can overlook paying for toothbrushes, the swimming pool being chargeable is truly odd. They charge for children, and even for adults who aren't swimming but are just accompanying. You even have to pay to sit on a lounge chair! I've stayed in countless hotels both domestically and internationally, and this is the first time I've encountered a chargeable swimming pool. On top of that, they blow a whistle after 20 minutes, forcing everyone out of the water to rest. And there was a suspicious, cockroach-like creature in the hot tub.

Guest UserFirst, my initial thoughts: I was prepared for a 'prison-like' room before checking in, but staying here, I actually found the room small but cozy! Coupled with other advantages, the actual experience exceeded my expectations.
Now, for the pros:
1. **Rich Community Facilities:** Besides the accommodation buildings, there's a standalone coffee shop, a standalone small bar (received a free beer voucher upon check-in), a GS25 convenience store (the female staff member was very friendly), a gift shop (at the front desk), and a breakfast/lunch restaurant (you can get a discount if you purchase breakfast at the front desk a day in advance).
2. **Excellent Location for Olle Trail 1:** It's very convenient for those doing Olle Trail Route 1. You can walk to Gwangchigi Beach, the starting point of Route 1, in about 10 minutes.
3. **Friendly Staff:** All the service staff were very friendly and could communicate well in English.
4. **Spacious Bathroom:** Although the room itself was small, the bathroom and shower area were quite spacious.
5. **Free Airport Shuttle:** This was an incredibly valuable service. I took the 10:30 AM shuttle to the airport. No reservation was needed, the bus arrived on time, and it took about an hour to reach the airport.
Areas for improvement:
1. **Lack of Hooks in Room:** My room had no hooks, except for two small ones in the toilet. I suggest adding one more in the main room without taking up extra space (I saw some other smaller room types had them).
2. **Soap Dispenser Design:** The hand soap dispenser had a short pump, which was inconvenient to use when my hands were dirty. A longer nozzle would be much better.
Overall, it was a very good stay. I would consider staying here again if I plan to do other Olle trails on the Seongsan side.

The first thing I’m really impressed with is the excellent service. They reply to messages very quickly, and they answer every question. If you have any issues, you can contact them anytime and they’re always helpful.
The hotel is located right in the city center, with lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Even though I traveled alone, I still felt safe the whole time.
The room is spacious and comfortable. It’s also super convenient for shopping because everything is within walking distance thanks to the central location.

Tianle1219I booked the Executive Suite without breakfast. When I booked, the room rate with breakfast was over 4000 won more expensive than without, so what did I do? The brunch spot next door perfectly solved that problem; while the menu wasn't extensive, everything tasted great and is worth a try. There's also a supermarket nearby, which easily meets basic needs, even selling cigarettes and alcohol.
The suite was incredibly convenient for our family of four, featuring a small living room in the middle and two bedrooms, both with attached bathrooms. When checking in, I told the front desk I hoped to have a sea view, and the lovely lady said she gave me a 'full view' suite. And she was right! From the room, you could see the parking lot (mountain view) and also the sea. Exiting the hotel and turning right, you'll find the 600/601 bus stop. This bus is essential for getting around, and it's no problem to get to the Olle Market. If you turn right at the bus stop and walk down, you can reach the beach, where many people are surfing 🏄🏻♀️.
I think the hotel's service attitude is quite good, with a pure resort vibe. Since I stayed at the Marriott when I came in April, I wasn't particularly amazed by Parnas this time, but it's still a very good hotel. The Marriott is closer to the city and more convenient, but it doesn't have a beach.
Overall, Seogwipo is a great place for a holiday. If possible, it's best to come in spring; summer is too sunny and humid.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. There's a 7-Eleven on the second floor of the building, and a bus stop right outside. You can get here from the airport on bus 600 or 601, it's just one stop away. A 24-hour pork backbone soup restaurant and Olive Young are just a few steps downstairs, and a CU convenience store is across the street. The room is clean and comfortable, and you can see the sea from the window.

Jeju bus terminal stop-beware of the separate blue and green bus stop so you wont missed your bus. Naver map and Tmoney help your journey around Jeju. Mr. Peter, himself, messaged me first through trip.com about the time I will be there at their place, which I was hesitant to do that but luckily, he did and that was surprising. Also, he let me leave my luggage in advance. Staff speaks English well and hospitable. As soon as you check in, staff will provide the stuff you needed for your stay in the room plus the indoor slipper to switch with your outdoor shoes to be placed in the closet at the entrance. NO elevator but the girl staff offered to carry my luggage to the room. There is an area in the 2nd floor for dining—designated place to eat—with microwave, water dispenser, dishes and utensils, fridge and freezer, you can cook and wash your dishes. There is a small area designated for reading/relaxing in the 3rd floor, where the entrance to the rooftop(to watch Hallasan sunset and for 8pm projector movie night). 2nd floor for male guests while 3rd fl for females. Sleeping room(is really for sleeping, no room to stretch only in your bed—is very comfortable with one outlet and a lamp) is separate from the shower area with slippers(washbasin/sink and enclosed shower stalls-body wash & shampoo) from the toilet stalls and from the powder/mirror area with hairdryer. If you have a small to medium luggage, you can store it under the bunkbed. There are lockers in every room (a normal school backpack could fit). Walking distance to Yongduam Rock to Yeongyon Bridge to boardwalk for coastal walks—great cafes to watch waves & landing planes and local resto—to Jungang Shopping Street to Jungang Underground Mall to Dongmun Market.
If you like mochi, next door of the Mir is delicious and affordable Jeju Mochi which is priced twice in the airport. Convenience stores (7-eleven next door), chicken&fries and local resto around the corner. Mr. Peter met him during the breakfast. He prepared the breakfast—egg sandwich which comes w/black coffee or orange juice. He is nice and approachable. The Mir Guesthouse’s is designed from the Yongduam Rock, it is cool, clean, and magnificent. Solo traveling is fun—meeting new faces, different nationalities, cultures, and witness the amazing nature’s wonder.
