We stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe room overlooking the mountains. Such a beautiful breathtaking Scenery. Unforgettable experience watching sunsets and sunrises. The hotel Breakfast served varieties and delicious food. The room is clean and comfortable. It is good for family with children too. We will definitely return here to relax away from busy environment.

Decent hotel. I’d place it in the lower end of 4 stars. Comfortable stay. On the negative side, the hotel is only 9 years old but the room looks 20 years old. I think the maintenance crew have sub-par workmanship.

Had a very pleasant stay here. A very good hotel to unwind from the hustle bustle Jakarta. The staff is so friendly and thoughtful. They use sensatia botanica for amenities. The hotel room super nice and comfy. Please don’t skip the breakfast, it’s so delicious. So many kind of food. It’s so worth every penny. And by the way we can use Pesona Alam facilities too. Super duper win win for us! 5 star stay.

We booked the hotel without having high expectations and we were extremely well surprised. The location is very good of course. The staff very professional and welcoming. And I think the biggest surprise was the facilities for the kids: all what kids can dream of in a such condensed place: pool, slides, sandboxes, kids club and even a mini zoo. Most of the activities are free of charge and other are at a very reasonable price just to support the staff I think. Also, we made very nice friends there as many conferences and events are run. It is a very convenient place to have a break inside the city especially for families with young kids.

This my 2nd time stay in this hotel whenever I come to Bandung, love the place and location. Just need improvement on the bathroom that we stayed is leaking from shower area leaked thru toilet area as seen from pic.

My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.

We stayed one night at King Premium room, room was spacious, very clean with King size bed with 4 pillows, there were a long sofa attached to the window so we could chill drinking coffee while seeing through the city view outside. All staff were beyond friendly & fast responded, especially when we asked for additional towel & blanket, not longer than 10 minutes 👏🏻 The hotel was very strategic, we could reach riau street within walks, there were many cafes, restaurants, street foods & factory outlets. It was a gloomy saturday, so we decided to morning walk until braga street, it was fun since the weather was nice, birds were chirping & many people did morning run & walk. A nice experience, we think we’ll be back stay here again in the future. Thank you for the warmth & friendly welcome courtyard 🙏🏻

Crowne Plaza Bandung definitely exceeds our expectation. From the moment we checked in till the last day the whole team never fail to surprise us. At the lobby, we were greeted by friendly and helpful concierge and bellboys. They were always attentive to our needs. Was there right after the demonstrations. Can feel security was stepped up. Checking in, can feel the warm welcome of the front desk team. Never fail to smile. Room was so spacious and squeaky clean. Jasmine, the reservations and front desk team even remembered to organise a little surprise for my hubby bdae. Breakfast is excellent. Was there for five days and menu changes. Food are tasty and coffee came to u... After checkout, we left behind a bag of caps. Contacted the hotel and within 15minutes made a turn to get it back.Kudos to the room service/front desk/ concierge/security. They were well co-ordinaedr to help us out. Really had a great time

Room was clean, spacious and great scenic view of Tangkuban Perahu. Bed was comfortable with many tv channels. However, towel looks old and cigarette smell was strong. Hair Dryer available upon request. Breakfast has huge variety and get to taste traditional local food, with some western breakfast. However, the eggs corner lacks warmer and the food are very cold, wondering how long it was left there. Location was great with shopping mall and surrounding places to explore. Convenient to book grab and explore Bandung. Will stay again when I travel to Bandung.

Very good impression of my first stay at El Hotel Bandung. Was given a room upgrade and appreciate it very much. The room is clean, spacious and has a comfortable queen bed. Bathroom with a tub is also properly maintained. Only hitch was a bulb in the washroom fused but even after reporting the fault at the reception, it was not replaced. Breakfast served at the cafes were plentiful and service was good. Location is also good with many eateries around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung.
