This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.

It was pretty decent, but because it's new, the service isn't quite up to par yet. I got a room at the very end of the hall, and there was still construction going on, so it was noisy with the workers. Also, the bathroom door in my room was hard to close, so I had to call maintenance and waited 1.5 hours for them to fix the door. There was no offer to move me to another room, so a lot of our time was wasted. Other than that, it was okay. The staff was so-so, not very proactive. The bellboy wouldn't grab our luggage unless we asked. Maybe it's because it's new, hopefully, they can improve.

Great location with good food around. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. We had a room in which the aircon fan was making a lot of noise on the first night. We told the staff and they changed our room.

I recommend this hotel for family trip, kids friendly, there is outdoor kids playground, indoor game play room. Food is Good, View from Room nice, all items is good.

I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money. My ratings: Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10 Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently) Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis) Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced) View & Hotel Location: 5/10 I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service.

It is easy to access to the mall and hotel. The security of the hotel need to be improved. Many persons can enter the hotel easily, although maybe they are not guests. Maybe they are people coming to the mall but want to enter the hotel. The guard must instruct them to enter through scan equipment. Thank you.

Strategically located in Bandung, the room rates are also affordable. Check-in was easy, assisted by the friendly and helpful receptionist. If you're looking to explore Bandung, we highly recommend staying here.

Our room was upgraded to grand deluxe and it was very spatious. The service was great, all the staffs are very friendly and polite. Aldiansyah was very attentive, so kudos to him. At first, there were some input error, so supposedly our cards to the room should work for 2 nights, but only registered as one, but staff worked very fast and delivered the new cards to our room immediately. Breakfast were great, especially the fritters and the tofu coated with some red sauce. Plenty of options also from indonesian and western food. No iron at room, but you can ask for it and they will deliver it to your room. No shaver, Some slight smell in the bathroom, but nevertheless it was a pleasant stay.

I had an excellent stay at Pullman Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of my visit. From the moment I arrived, there was a sense of calm professionalism that made everything flow easily. The lobby was bright and elegant without feeling distant. The staff were attentive and warm, not in a scripted way but genuinely present. That kind of energy sets the tone for the whole stay. The room was spacious, modern, and peaceful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view opened to the city and the hills, and at night the lights of Bandung felt almost poetic. After a long day of meetings and movement, it was the perfect space to slow down. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and a touch of local flavor. Sitting by the window with coffee in hand, watching Bandung slowly come alive, became one of my favorite moments each morning.
