The location is excellent, it is very convenient in the city centre, shopping and eating around. Hotel facilities are new, very clean and upscale, the service is friendly, the phone is hot and so on.

Great location and beautiful hotel. Bathroom and shower are run down (shower door doesn't close completely, fixtures are cheap). Front desk was friendly but didn't provide much info or detail about hotel, amenities, where to not park or even room location. Restaurant is convenient, but food not great and service is slow. Not sure we'd stay again except for location is very walkable.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the exhibition center. Everything is good except that there are no slippers and water. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is beautiful (the windows cannot be opened). The toilets and room types are good, and the service is also very good.

The hotel is very good, clean, comfortable, network signal is good, today's price is good, suitable for a business trip to pass by for one night, the only regret is that you took a bath and found that the water in the bathtub could not get out, and did not go down at all night. Highly recommend this hotel, the staff was amazingg. Every staff member helping us were very friendly and helpful. We travelled from Texas to elope and were wanting to check in very early, they didn’t have anything but that was expected being that we arrived at 8 am! Although they didn’t have one ready they STILL gave us free breakfast! On top of that they gave us free drinks at the bar as a newly wed gift! Again not expected. The chef also came out later when we went to the bar at night and gifted us delicious dessert, this hotel made us feel welcomed in Colorado . We def. Will be back.

FFashion_PotatoI stayed at the Westin the night before my flight because I didn't want to panic about getting to the airport on time. I'd heard Westin is good quality and the location really is so convenient so I splurged. I kind of wish I hadn't. The room was very basic. The shower was nice, but there was nothing about my stay that made me think ”worth every penny!” Especially since they charge for internet.
Good things: the staff are delightful although they definitely seemed understaffed and a bit stressed. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's AT the airport and so easy to navigate! I asked for some extra water and they brought a lot. The room service food was so good.
Meh things: the carpet made me super glad I brought my own slippers. It didn't seem dirty, but something about carpeted hotel rooms are kind of icky. The coffee cups were all paper and I just felt like I was making a lot of trash when all I wanted was evening tea and morning coffee.
Boo things: not even an hour of free wifi? Just straight up ”pay 18 extra dollars on top of the hundreds for a basic room so you can tell your family you arrived ok and make sure you know where to go at the airport tomorrow.” I don't know, I'm not a business guy but it felt very cheap and petty.

The property is located very conveniently, close to the hot springs and walking distance to downtown. The lobby and the Courtyard ares beautiful.
We had a bit of an issue getting the hang of operating the ceiling fan and the room heating system, and the team's response to get us updated was super quick.
Overall, a great experience.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, close to Union Station, there is a free mall ride bus stop, and there are big blue bears and some famous restaurants nearby.
The room is quite large, clean, and the bed is soft. There is a big window but it cannot be opened. There is a city view and snow-capped mountains in the distance outside the window, which is very beautiful! The breakfast is rich, and there is tea, coffee and hot water in the lobby. Overall very satisfied!

GGuest UserNice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

YYinzhihuThe front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I arrived after 11 AM and, after showing my Marriott Bonvoy Platinum status, they waived the early check-in fee and even upgraded me to a suite. The room was incredibly spacious with fantastic city views. The only downside was that my room on the second floor faced the street, and there were noisy motorcycles revving on the weekend nights. The nearby train was also quite loud, and it didn't quiet down until midnight.

DDustin PaulThe hotel has an immaculate lobby and friendly staff. The room was clean with typical amenities expected. They have a very large fitness facility with a good selection of equipment. There is no pool or free breakfast, but this hotel met everything I needed. I was very pleased.
