Excellent location to the right of main station Dammtor fantastic panoramic views of the city from the Two Six 26th floor roof top bar & restuarant, plus the Planten Bloomen stunning green space right in the centre of Hamburg ,10 metres out of the front entrance of this hotel ,walked miles through to St Michaels church, the 88 million pound Philharmonic building and the Nicolai ruins..all made special by this iconic Radisson Blu Hotel
nice hotel, location is right outside of airport T1 and T3, 3 minutes' walk.very clean and quiet, got everything we need, room is a little bit small, Apart from the bed there is no much space.Good for people just want a night sleep Before flying
Very Happy with everything. The service was superb , staff very friendly and accommodating. Location was excellent easy access to motorway. Very comfortable bed and temperature of room.
I am still in the hilton due to travel being cancelled due to severe storm, the hotel staff were very helpful and booked my room for a third night charging me a quarter of the amount I paid for two nights through you. Moral of the story book direct from the hotel in future, likewise with my travel as you didn't inform me that my Friday morning train was cancelled until 01.52am on Friday morning, I had already found out from fellow supporters at the game we were attending on the Thursday evening.

Stayed here with my daughter for the Olivia Rodrigo concert. Usually stay in a Premier Inn but this was so much better. Only downside was a squeaky sliding door on the bathroom and someone running in the corridor at 2am. Overall, a lovely quirky hotel and would stay again 😀
There was an issue with this booking, and the same was made by mistake on the evening of the 12th of August and was made for the 12th of August instead of the 13th. The hotel was not full, and when I contacted Trip.com and the hotel reception, I was made to make a new booking and no refund was offered for the room. The people and businesses in the United Kingdom have been known to be very empathetic and humane, unlike the US and do understand other human beings. This was not the case here, and I was shown the refund policy by the hotel and the website that is trip.com. Even from trip I did expect more as I booked for the 13th too from their website. Thus, not a great experience. Very disappointed with Trip.com not even refund the taxes. The gym at the hotel is very small. Near the water is good.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station, convenience stores, and restaurants. A water kettle is provided, and I found the mattress quite comfortable. Since it’s close to the train tracks, you might occasionally hear trains passing by. Staffs are friendly as well. Overall, I’d rate it 5/5.

The hotel location is very convenience to travellers and just a few minues walk from Manchester Piccadilly station.
From hotel, you can go to Manchester City Art Gallery, China Town, Cathedral and many other scenics spots within 30 minutes walking distance. And via St. Peter Square / Market Square, you can get on different Metro Link train to Manchester United Stadium/ Mega store or Manchester City Stadium.
For the morning buffet breaksfast, the food variety and quality are just an average standard but the staff are attentive and professional and should give them a thumb up.
## 1. Check-in Experience
The reception staff were very friendly. My flight arrived early in the morning, so I called the hotel to inquire about an early check-in, and they confirmed it was possible, which I greatly appreciated. Check-in and check-out processes were efficient and convenient. However, the identity verification seemed a bit lax, as I was allowed to check in without being asked for any identification. The staff were always willing to assist.
## 2. Room Quality
Room cleanliness was above average. The space around the bed was limited, but the bathroom was quite large. The overall room layout felt a bit peculiar, and the toilet's placement was also somewhat odd. The bed was too soft for my liking. Noise was to be expected, given its location next to a main road, but it wasn't overly severe. There was no air conditioning, but given Manchester's cool weather, it was acceptable. The Wi-Fi was very stable. I didn't test the TV.
## 3. Location & Transportation
I personally found the hotel's location quite convenient, though if you're not taking a specific bus route, it requires at least a ten-minute walk. There are restaurants nearby, but no attractions. Public transport options include buses and bike rentals, but there's no metro. The hotel was easy to find, and parking was available.
## 4. Facilities & Services
I didn't notice any gym, swimming pool, or restaurant, so I'm unable to comment on these facilities. I'm not aware of any additional thoughtful services (such as complimentary breakfast or airport transfers). I'm unsure about the timeliness or efficiency of the housekeeping service, as I stayed for only two days and this service was not arranged.
## 5. Value for Money
The room rate was acceptable, but I haven't compared it with other hotels in the same area, so I'm not entirely sure if it's truly competitive. Compared to other hotels of a similar standard, it's likely recommendable, but it might be worth comparing with other options before making a final decision. No additional charges, which was a big plus. The only extra fee was a £2 city tax, which was consistent with the information provided on the booking website.

Great location in the centre. The room was clean and comfortable. The lift was annoying as you need to use your key card to press the button and other guests wouldn't realise so you're going up and down or not moving for ages. The breakfast was a nice bonus but there wasn't enough staff to clean tables and replenish empty food. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Good budget hotel!

NNP/UKStayed here a few times now, quiet hotel but near to all local shops and transport links to Manchester city centre and the airport. Rooms are warm, with a fan in the cupboard if needed, plenty of tea and coffee provided, mini fridge and microwave too 👍 my shower wasn't the best on this stay but not the end of the world tbh.
GGuest UserHotel is excellent room and views are lovely. Location is excellent and majority of staff were nice. Only a few issues they give and charge you for doubles in the bar when the menu only gives single prices. The response from the barmaid was you never specified a single when that should be as standard. Also take 50 pound a night for cover in case you spend in the hotel but only refunded 97.60 for the 2 nights. Although we didn’t spend anything on the room. The hotel is super but just those 2 things took the shine of a really great stay.
SSeñorHotelA great hotel near the airport. The shuttle is 10 quid and the hotel is clean with friendly staff. Downpoints are that parking can be busy sometimes and the pull up switch between the shower and bath tap can be a bit troublesome (room 719) and the same in some other rooms I have stayed in. Food and bar available and 24hour reception.
NNayomithedivaLoved my stay at this Hotel. It was my third time staying at this hotel. The aesthetics of the Hotel are really nice. The spaces in the hotel are modern with a touch of luxury. The front desk ladies that I met during my stay were welcoming, friendly and had good vibes.Nothing beats a warm welcome.
Check in was quick and easy and very professional. I forgot the name of the lady that checked us in but she was fabulous. We checked in on September 4th 2024 between 12:20-12:50 so the lady that was sat on the right side of the main desk at that time did really well n checking us in.
The breakfast was okay , but it kinda left me wanting more in terms of selection. Maybe beef sausages or even chicken sausages could be added???
But it was still good nevertheless.
The location of the hotel is also pretty good as you are able to go to access many restaurants… and shopping points.
Distance from the Machester Piccadilly Train station from this hotel is super convenient as well.
Would totally recommend this hotel😊😊😊

GGuest UserWe had the window room, price is fantastic, room is big and clean, TV is very big, double the size that the usual hotel room has, bathroom big and clean like new, fan, hairdryer, kettle and tea/coffee. Location is fantastic, right in the middle of centre, lots of shops around, less than 10mins walk to Chinatown. Free newspaper available. Drink and snack vending machine at the lift available. But because the location is in the city, the room is bit noisy during the night. There some free postcard of the hotel at the lobby too.
LLizhidaliI'm puzzled by the low ratings for this hotel. After a two-night stay, I found it to be an excellent hotel, offering great value. Both the exterior and interior boast a strong, classic British retro vibe. If an influencer were to pick it up, it would easily become a viral sensation. I had booked a twin room but was upgraded for free to a duplex room on the 5th floor, which featured a large, round window, reminiscent of Doctor Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum. The location is also incredibly convenient. It's just a 5-10 minute walk from Deansgate Station, and most of Manchester's main attractions are within walking distance. The surrounding area has everything you could need, including various tram stops, supermarkets, and restaurants, not to mention popular spots like HeyTea and Pop Mart.
HHalfPintSpiritFirst time staying here, the location was easy to find and the hotel was great and extremely clean, even with a budget room the facilities were good and the room was spotless!
Will definitely stay here again! 10/10
GGuest UserMy man told me the doors locked yet there wasn’t any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroom
As for the the essential part of the trip, my associate commandeered a new sleeping partner,
So many thanks to the OUO house members for letting us stay in Middleton 😘
