This is a highly recommended and convenient hotel right in Morioka. The location is perfect: it's situated directly across from the train station, easily accessible via the underground walkway. It's also near Kaiunbashi, one of Morioka's signature spots, offering a great scenic view. For ultimate convenience, there's a 7-Eleven located right on the ground floor of the hotel. Beyond the location, the staff are very nice and incredibly helpful. The lobby provides an impressive array of amenities, more generous than many hotels I've visited. The room size is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious, meeting the excellent standards of the Daiwa Roynet brand.

Overall, the room is standard in the typical Japanese hotel style. They provide an ergonomic pillow, but I didn’t like it very much. There was still some dust found around the headboard area. The in-room safe was not working, and no water was provided. However, the location is good—not far from the station. Free sachet creams are available, and the price is reasonable. I would recommend staying here.

A high-quality, perfect hotel! You can see the hotel building right across from the North Exit of the station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and all the amenities are carefully selected and of high quality, which shows how much thought the management puts into things. The soundproofing is excellent, making it very quiet! There's a pretty large supermarket, AEON Town, within a 10-minute walk.

The experience was superb! The onsen was good and relaxing. I love that they provide yogurt drink and ice lolly. There is also complimentary soba noodles at 9:30pm. What is more important is that they have free laundry and that the status of the machines can be viewed on TV!

Would definitely stay again! Location: Right next to the station, and the bus stop for Kagura Ski Resort is right outside the door. Environment: Clean and the bed was comfortable. Amenities: They have a large public bath, and self-service luggage storage after check-out. Value: Great value for money, no complaints so far!

This was my second stay, and the autumn scenery is even more beautiful than in summer! The hotel's environment, service, and food are all excellent. We stayed two nights, and the dinners were different. The second night's dinner was so lavish, I couldn't finish it all even though I was stuffed. The breakfast buffet was also superb. The hotel staff are all very friendly and can help you call a taxi. The hotel has many hot springs, and the water quality is excellent. The only pity is that the semi-open-air hot spring now has glass windows installed, so you can't properly enjoy the autumn scenery outside, and it feels a bit stuffy. The mixed-gender bath has the most beautiful views, and from 8 PM to 9 PM, it's reserved for ladies. It would be perfect if they could also arrange an hour for ladies during the daytime, as the daytime scenery is even better, and ladies might feel more comfortable in a mixed-gender bath during those hours. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again if I get the chance.

Overall very good place but a little difficult to find without maps because the sign on the front is not very big nor well lit. also the main entrance is not where you expect it but below ground level.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from Morioka Station, but it can be a bit tiring to walk if you have a lot of luggage or luggage, or if it rains. As a major brand hotel, the facilities are a bit dated, but they are well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. For business travelers, the hotel offers great value for money when discounts are available, resulting in a high level of satisfaction. On the downside, there are many bars and entertainment venues nearby, resulting in significant noise at night from drunken patrons. This can make for a difficult night's sleep for business travelers who prefer a quiet environment. The shower and toilet facilities are a bit dated, but the shower water pressure is good and well-maintained.

I had visited Momijikan on a day trip to the onsen before and loved it. This time, my boyfriend and I booked a great value room (randomly assigned) and were given a tatami room. We got up early to see the sunrise over the snow-covered ground – the view was beautiful. We asked the front desk to book a shuttle bus for the next day the night before, so we could go directly to JR Hanamaki Station after check-out – very convenient. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious – I highly recommend choosing a hotel with breakfast included when booking!

I stayed at Seiryu-kan for four days and three nights. From the first day I checked in to the last day I checked out, I received warm and thoughtful hospitality throughout. The three dinners were all different and very unique, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The hotel, including the rooms and the onsen (hot spring), was extremely clean. They also offered red and white wine, coffee, soft drinks, and snacks in the lobby, making me feel very welcome. Therefore, I highly recommend this comfortable onsen ryokan, and I will definitely come back again if I have the chance.
