Great hotel with stunning views from rooms and from the amazing rooftop restaurant and bar - beds super comfy with excellent tea and coffee facilities- good shower and lovely Elemis bath products. Only downside was breakfast whilst a fabulous choice and lovely variety of fresh fruits, many of the cooked items were only like warm and mushrooms actually cold, we were after 9 having breakfast so possibly been sat for a long while. Otherwise all great and would definitely choose to stay again.

The only Issue I have with hotel is they have no fridges in rooms That is fine but they should have a fringe for customers medication I was refused first time Then went back and insisted ! Find it crazy these days with inclusive for all If I had visible issues would do anything To assist

From start to finish we had an excellent experience at this hotel. Check in was super quick and easy and the hotel facilities were excellent and convenient. The highlight for us was the service we received by Lucy & Tetiana at breakfast, they were very chatty and polite and had genuine time for all the customers and showes is around all the breakfast options.The breakfast was superb! the best I have ever had as a traveller with plenty of choice and all very tasty. Our family room was spacious and was clean and very comfortable with plenty of amenities. Located centrally, right next to a trendy square which offers great food and drink options. This place is amazing! I booked this for Lap of Lights and as Christmas gift for my husband (F1 lover) and everything there is magnificent! Love it so much and will plan another visit next time.

Double charged the room

The service was lovely My husband wanted to give me a surprise and hotel arranged it for him and received my flowers and put it in the room in advance Facilities was great. The gym got abit of everything and pool and sauna to use as well Would recommend for couple and family stay

Budget style motel. No kettle in room, but free hot drink machine on ground floor. Shower and toilet were small moulded units. No chair, just a plastic stool. The whole facility is quite small, but just OK for one person. Good location for Heathrow, London, etc. Expensive for the size of room and facilities.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! I would have loved to give it a higher score because our room was so spacious, clean, and had a lovely modern design that made it very comfortable. However, I did have to rate it a bit lower because we were surprised to find that, while the travel app suggested that the standard queen-size room would come with both a bathtub and a shower, it turns out that only the premium suites offer bathtubs. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful— it was a shame that they couldn't do anything about the app. They mentioned that if you're a member and book in advance, there might be some great upgrade options available. It’s just a disappointment that the photos and description on the app were misleading, as they made it look like all the queen-size rooms had bathtubs too!

The hotel is near motorway services which makes it a convenient location. Staff were polite. The room was basic and in need of some paint. The mattress on the bed was lumpy which made it difficult to sleep. A restless but quiet night.

An excellent hotel. Front desk staff are very helpful. The spa is very clean. The breakfast is delicious and has a very wide choice. The beds are super comfy!
