"It's pretty good, equivalent to a room and a living room, the layout is reasonable, there is a refrigerator, but there is no kettle and drinking cups, the cups that can be used to brush your teeth, I don't know what it means! Next to it is a big shopping mall, there is Carrefour, there are snacks, parking on the roadside, free, quite big! Health can be. There is not much breakfast, the variety is acceptable, the general hotel has things, coffee is general!"

"El Parador es una estructura hotelera de primer nivel con una situación excelente. Pero al no tener nada mas que personal de admisión, se echa de menos unos carritos para trasporte de equipaje, dadas las distancias a las habitaciones existentes. Se echa de menos la existencia de un punto informatizado con al menos dos ordenadores conectados a internet que puedan cubrir las incidencias de trabajo o comunicación que pueda tener algún huésped. La cafeteria tiene mucho que mejorar en rapidez de atención, temperatura y ejecución de los platos. los sándwiches con un contenido correcto llegan fríos y con el pan a medio tostar. Es fácil de resolver. Y hay que poner una TV actualizada y de gran tamaño y calidad de sonido, la mayoría de las veces que se llena la cafeteria coincide con la retrasmisión de un evento deportivo y ya no se puede ver en una TV como la actual. No es de recibo que no se pueda pagar una factura del Bar mediante la utilización de las diferentes tarjetas de los clientes con las cantidades fraccionadas que decidan. Es una facilidad para pago compartido que ya es practica habitual en cualquier establecimiento."

"It's super big room though this is 12 occupants but still very huge room, I stayed at room 19 , old yet clean and big kitchen and big common area. I love the high chair and best of the best the coffee even without breakfast they provide free coffee with milk,tea clean dishes and utensils. So close to all landmarks and attractions. I love also the staffs they are helpful and very accommodating. There's a storage room as well for your staffs. Highly recommended this hostel and value of money. Higher my expectations. Thank you so much till I will visit Leon."

"Firstly this hotel is fabulous because of its location on a hill. Potentially you would need transport if you intend on going into Segovia (taxis are few and far between) Segovia centre is definitely worth a trip. The views from the hotel are breathtaking day and night. We walked into Segovia centre it takes about 50 miles and it's about 3.5 miles one way. The Staff are extremely friendly and some speak very good English. It's a hidden gem. The Pool area is well maintained with a life guard. Sun loungers and static parasols readily available. We were on a half board basis and I truly recommend it. The breakfast had ample choice and cooked was available at an additional charge. Even dinner was exceptional I can highly recommend the salmon the hake and the tuna salad as well as the chocolate pud. I didn't find the local spirits / drinks or wine and beer overly expensive. We stayed for 2 nights but I could easily have stayed a few days longer to totally relax. The Weather was extremely hot during our stay 33 degrees and we had the most wonderful downpour of rain whilst sipping wine on the terrace of which there are a few but not all open because it's early in the season. My only issue was dinner at 9pm for us it was a little late. Remember to reserve a table as the check-in desk doesn't seem to tell guests who are checking in. However you could have bought lunch from 1.30pm cafe/bar area or paid for a reservation at the restaurant. The Pool area provide towels but you must have the (towel card) with you to collect these from the pool attendant the card is provided by hotel reception."

"Todo muy correcto. Pagas las vistas a la ciudad, la amplitud de los jardines y el parking gratuito con 10 minutos de camino hasta el centro, eso sí, pasando por el maravilloso puente romano. La atención, excelente. El desayuno por el precio podría ser más variado y completo, pero es correcto. Las instalaciones, servicios y limpieza son propios de un parador, muy buenas."

"Lo reservé para mis padres y me dijeron que les pareció bastante bien en general. Les gustó mucho el desayuno y la atención de los trabajadores. Asimismo dijeron que todo estaba muy limpio. Lo que menos les gustó fue que el mobiliario de la habitación y del hotel en general, si bien estaba limpio, estaba bastante desfasado."

"Nos ha encantado, nos instalamos en la suite junior, es una habitación con mucho espacio, cama grande y bañera hidromasaje, así que perfecta para relajarse. El servicio ha sido muy amable y el desayuno buffet nos ha gustado mucho, Esther, la chica que nos atendió es majísima y hemos estado super cómodos. La próxima vez que vayamos a Valladolid, sin duda, volveremos a este hotel."
