Positive points: Very clean and well located the hotel, very friendly staff
Negative points: Very bad sound isolation and still on 9th floor all that happens in the street is heard and it's hard to sleep well đźđš The rich breakfast though quite salted for my taste
The location is good, the hotel is clean, the English at the front desk is very good, and the breakfast is quite rich. The only problem is that the hotel does not provide water every day.
The location in Malina/El Poblado is, of course, excellent for any establishment. That being said, I felt that for its price range, this hotel was more style over substance. While everything is modern and designed to look elegant, the overall impression is rather cramped.
For example, the rooftop pool is very small. If there are 10 people there, it starts to get uncomfortable, unless you're looking for a party â but there are better hotels for that.
The room itself was very cramped, with limited counter space and a lack of storage. At least there was hot water! :-) It was also extremely noisy. You could hear TVs, music, voices, and singing from other rooms. And the ventilation system in the hallway hummed constantly, as if someone was vacuuming through the corridors non-stop.
I booked a deluxe room, which had a king size bed, AC, bathtub, shower and 2 lavatories. The room as you can see is spacious for the price range. Also has a small desk near the bed if you're bringing a laptop. The service was outstanding, very friendly staff! The place is right in front of Karol G's restaurant, in provenza and is surrounded by anything you may need, from convenience stores to bars and gift shops! Would book again!!
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a curtain for added privacy. The communal areas were clean. The hostel was in a great location, particularly if youâve booked tours, as the meeting point is often in El Poblado
It can be said that it is Colombia's favorite hotel. The door of the room is under construction, but it is all green plants, the fruit is very rich, the waiter is very patient and enthusiastic, and it is worth coming back to Medellin next time.
Great location, even though there's no parking. You can walk everywhere as it's close to everything. The views from the terrace bar are amazing. When we were there, the Jacuzzi was out of service.
Located in MedellĂn (El Poblado), Fresco Provenza Living - Musical lifestyle is within a 15-minute walk of Lleras Park and Poblado Park. This hotel is 1.2 mi (1.9 km) from Oviedo Shopping Center and 1.4 mi (2.2 km) from El Tesoro Shopping Park.
Take in the views from a rooftop terrace and make use of amenities such as complimentary wireless internet access.
Make yourself at home in one of the 7 air-conditioned guestrooms. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Bathrooms with showers are provided.

GGuest UserThe view from the hotel was amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. There is no phone in the room, so every time we needed assistance we had to go up and down three flights of stairs to reception. When we went down to get the Wi-Fi code, the handwritten note was so unclear that we couldnât connect and eventually gave up trying.
The toilet seat was completely loose, which was very uncomfortable and not ideal at all. We also had no hot water for our shower. Breakfast was extremely limited, with virtually no options available. We travel around the world and have stayed in many different places, and in our opinion this hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The staff did try to make it up to us the next day, but since we were only staying one night, it didnât really help. For the price we paid, we were expecting a true 5-star experience.
