I don’t understand why the hotel charges a 8000 pesos fee per person per night with the excuse it’s a hotel insurance and everyone is supposed to pay, I stayed in various hoteles in Medellin and this never happened. The location is good and the room was good too, the windows are a bit small and so it feels hot inside, the air conditioner did help but we were hoping to have more fresh air

Very clean, well-appointed room with urban decor. Very comfortable bedding! Beautiful view of Medellin. Negative: No shower screens, so the bathroom flooded with water, which was very uncomfortable, which was a shame... Regarding the break feast: The selection of options is very limited (coffee or juice, not both). The quantities leave something to be desired, but the quality remains there.

Great little hotel in a cool neighborhood. Absolutely cannot beat the value you get. Rooms are great. People are nice. Efficient place.

The room was spotless; It was cleaned daily with fresh towels, coffee and clesn sheets! Room was beautiful as well as spacious. All the staff were corteous and helpful. Big shot out to Julian, Mariana y Fernanda; they made sure I enjoyed my stay and went out of their way to assist me with getting places. THEY DESERVE RECOGNITION!!!! Gracias.

Had to ask for toilet paper. Staff very un friendly. With the exception of one gentlemen. No one very had a smile. Morning breakfast very limited selection. No coffee refills. Towels only changed when asked. Will never stay there again.

Stayed here before but now heavily regulated. Was going to get a masseuse and Was told “it is forbidden to use the bed for a massage”. Cancelled appointment
