The hotel boasts an excellent location facing the Fen River, offering beautiful riverside views. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities like smart toilets, a huge TV, and a complimentary minibar. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices. Right next to the hotel, there's a restaurant that's clean, affordable, and delicious, serving both noodles and rice dishes with generous portions at great prices. The hotel also provides a high-speed train station shuttle service, though reservations are required. Overall, this hotel is fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Linfen!

My experience staying at this hotel as below. 1. They provide pickup and drop off from the train station. The day before the Inn contacted me to make arrangement for the pickup. Then they arranged to drive me back to station on the day I leave. Service was efficient and prompt. Much appreciated. 2. I was able to use the washing machine to wash come clothes which was much needed. Comb and toiletries were provided. So grateful for these little necessities as I left mine at the previous hotel. 3. The boss upgraded me to a bigger and better room because it was the low season. The kang bed was so comfortable and firm. I had the best sleep so far at this Inn. I'm so happy. 4. The Inn is inside the old city and practically next to one of the city gates. Very convenient for sightseeing old Pingyao city. 5. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Boss also gave me a bottle of vinegar. Wish I could take it back to UK with me. 6. The price of this Inn is also very reasonable and affordable. 7. Pingyao is a beautiful, ancient old city. Worth coming. I highly recommend staying here. This hotel, overall, is steeped in an antique ambiance, showcasing a profound and diverse cultural heritage. The room design is incredibly comfortable, both elegant and stylish. The staff's service attitude is excellent; they are warm and natural, making you feel right at home. The hotel's night view is particularly stunning, where grandeur and classical charm blend beautifully, creating a noble and tranquil atmosphere.

The location is absolutely fantastic, very close to the city center. When we checked in, they upgraded our room for free, and the owner even helped us with our luggage. When we left, they gave us some handmade vinegar from their shop, and also free outfits and discount vouchers for popular restaurants. It was absolutely wonderful! Since I have relatives in Pingyao, I'll definitely bring them to stay here next time.

This is by far the best value five-star hotel in Taiyuan. The management is well-organized, and the hygiene is consistently excellent, making you feel right at home. Both the facilities and services are well-maintained. The surrounding area offers a complete range of commercial amenities and convenient transportation, with a subway entrance right next to the hotel. Tianmei and Beimei New World shopping centers are just next door. Overall, it's great value for money. The only minor drawback is that it's an older hotel and could use a full renovation. Given that Shanxi is a strong tourist province, a refurbishment would certainly justify a price increase.

A rather mediocre experience. I've been a Ctrip member for 15 years and rarely leave bad reviews, so I'll give this a passing grade of 3.0. The main reasons for the average experience were: 1. My baby had a fever in the middle of the night and couldn't get up the next day. I wanted to take some breakfast back to the room, but they wouldn't allow it, and the staff's attitude was quite stiff. At over 1700 RMB for two nights for three adults and one child, the price wasn't cheap. Since the hotel couldn't be understanding towards me, I can't be understanding towards them in my rating. 2. There must be floor heating or central air conditioning, because the room was extremely dry, even drier than indoors in Beijing during the heating season.

This hotel is located in the heart of Taiyuan city, making it very convenient to walk to the Bell and Drum Towers, Food Street, and Liuxiang South Road Commercial Street. Check-in was super quick, and the front desk staff even proactively upgraded me to a lake-view king room. The bellhop was very polite, offering to carry my luggage and escort me to my room. Inside the room, I found a thoughtful note from the housekeeper, who also provided fruit and a late-night snack. The room layout was well-designed, and all towels and bath towels were sealed in paper bags, clearly marked 'sanitized.' I had a very quiet night's sleep; the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast buffet was quite rich, and I personally found it very much to my taste. The hotel's dining options are also great; I enjoyed the串串 (Chuan Chuan) mini hotpot on the outdoor terrace, which was fantastic. This is a high-quality hotel that I'd definitely recommend and would love to revisit!

Attracted by the simple folk customs and long history of Shanxi, we once again entered the beautiful Zhangzhou. After screening, we selected the Atour Hotel Zhangzhou West Railway Station. This is a newly opened hotel. The hotel supplies and facilities are all new, the decoration is simple and generous, the materials are environmentally friendly, there is no taste of decoration, and there is a little faint pine fragrance. The hotel staff is particularly enthusiastic, and is also responsible for the pick-up station. They also pick us up to the ancient city. It is really intimate and give a big praise.

The hotel is located in a beautiful restored traditional house on the very center of Pingyao. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked as expected. The hotel offered a few complimentary services too, such as a fish spa and a traditional Chinese costume, which made our stay a little more fun. The staff was kind and helpful.We highly recommend the Elsewhere hotel!

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the center of Datong Ancient City. Fahua Temple, Nine-Dragon Wall, and Huayan Temple are all nearby. Kailu Restaurant inside the ancient city is quite good, while Fengling Pavilion is just okay. The room is spacious and very clean, and they even provided 2 complimentary drinks in the fridge. There's an underground parking garage with free parking; just scan a code when you leave. I personally really enjoyed the lamb offal soup with rice noodles for breakfast, ordered it two days in a row. The fruit was fresh and tasty. If you like street food, there's plenty right across the road, and it seemed quite popular. Overall, highly recommended.
