I went there because it was ranked first on the luxury list, but the bathroom didn't have a ventilator, the room window was too small, it was stuffy without the air conditioner, and it was very noisy when it was turned on. At 7 o'clock in the morning, there were children shouting, running and playing in the corridor. The sound insulation of the room was too poor, and the door slammed loudly, so I couldn't rest well at all. The breakfast was even more exaggerated. It was said to end at 10:30, but there were almost no dishes, cold dishes, hot dishes and fruits, and they were not replenished. The waiters were busy collecting the meals. In the kitchen, there were people who could make noodles except for the noodle shop, and no one else was there. I could only eat noodles and bread. I have stayed in so many five-star hotels, but this is the first time I have seen this situation. I think I have stayed in many five-star hotels, and I have always been reminded to pick up the dishes and collect the meals at the end point. This is the first time I have encountered a situation where there is nothing to eat. Overall, the service and price do not match. I will not stay there again and I don't recommend it.

This hotel truly offers excellent amenities. We only spent a few hundred RMB, but it felt like a full-blown vacation – such great value for money! The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!

My recent experience at this hotel was beyond my expectations!From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff, who are willing to help with luggage and patiently introduce the facilities.The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are of high quality, and the welcome handwritten card is prepared in detail, which is very heartwarming!The location is excellent, surrounded by delicious food and business districts, making it very convenient for travel.The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, and the taste is superb!The overall service is considerate and meticulous, with an exceptional cost-performance ratio. I will definitely choose this place next time and highly recommend it!

Great location and near the train station Jingzhou. I would like to thank the staff Miss Sunny Ye for helping to speed up my check out as my deposit was in cash, and I was rushing for a train. The room service is excellent as well. Shopping mall across the road, plenty of food options and some activities for families. Room ventilation is fantastic.

Returning to Yichang from overseas with my family, I booked this hotel through Trip.com, arguably the best in Yichang. The stay met our expectations, especially with the 360-degree views of the beautiful Yangtze River from our room, which the kids absolutely loved. The hotel has some history to it, but it feels very safe. The surrounding area is well-equipped with amenities, including malls and a wide array of dining options. Tina at the front desk provided excellent service. We'll be checking in again in a few days.

It was a very pleasant trip to Xiangyang, and the InterContinental Hotel left us with wonderful memories. The hotel has a great location, situated in the southwest corner outside the ancient city, about a 20-minute taxi ride from Xiangyang East Railway Station, making it convenient to reach the ancient city, Gulongzhong, and Tang City. The hotel is designed in a Chinese garden style, with a beautiful courtyard. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and the attached courtyard is unique. The rooms have a coffee machine with a variety of complimentary capsule coffees, which taste quite good. The breakfast was plentiful, including Xiangyang's specialty—brown sugar potstickers. The heated swimming pool was very clean, and there was also a sauna. From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. Special praise goes to Ms. Shi Yixuan at the front desk; she even gave each of us a small gift upon check-out. Next time I visit Xiangyang, I will definitely choose to stay at the InterContinental Xiangyang again.

This is the only Shangri-La hotel in Wuhan! Twenty years ago, it was a symbol of status and prominence in the city! The overall style is grand and opulent, a stark contrast to today's tech-driven hotels. You won't find smart toilets, voice-controlled curtains, TVs, or air conditioning here! It embodies a classic, mature aesthetic. Even adjusting the hot and cold water in the bathroom might take some time for younger guests to figure out! Overall, some equipment upgrades would definitely help it keep up with modern trends.

We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. This has always been my go-to hotel whenever I visit Wuhan. **Cleanliness:** The cleaning is meticulous. **Service:** They're always responsive to requests and provide thoughtful follow-up. **Location:** It's close to Huayuan Road, making transportation very convenient. **Facilities:** It would be even better if they could upgrade some facilities (like the showerhead and smart TV). It's worth mentioning that the bed is incredibly comfortable! I always get excellent sleep whenever I come to Wuhan. I was passing through on a business trip and decided to stay here last minute. The room was very spacious, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, and it's also very close to the East Station. Plus, they allowed a late check-out until 3 PM. The service was very thoughtful!
