The hotel's location is great, with a subway station nearby making it easy to get to all the attractions. There's also a snack street next door, and a Wuhan restaurant across the street that's absolutely delicious – a big thanks to the front desk for the recommendation and the digital map they sent! They offer complimentary cold drinks upon check-in, and there are snacks in the lobby too. The room itself is quite spacious with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. I also loved that I could connect my phone via Bluetooth to play music in the room. The price was really fantastic! Unfortunately, I had to cut my trip short due to an urgent family matter, but I'd definitely go back if I get the chance.

The location is super convenient, and the room was clean. The front desk staff was really friendly and even helped with our luggage. It's incredibly easy to get around from here, with major attractions like the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze River Bridge just a stone's throw away – plenty of spots worth checking out and taking photos. Plus, it's very close to the subway station, and there are tons of amazing food options right downstairs. A foodie's paradise! Highly recommend.

The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is very close to the airport, making it super convenient for travelers catching early flights – you can just walk right over. The breakfast is generous, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only minor drawback is that you have to go into the airport to eat, although the hotel does have its own restaurant. The mattresses are comfortable, it's quiet, and there's a pool if you fancy a swim.

Choosing Building No. 2 at Donghu Hotel Tingtao for my first trip to Wuhan was definitely the right decision. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with towering trees everywhere and a vast bamboo forest. Donghu Lake is right outside Building No. 2, and seeing the shimmering water every day, along with the fresh scent of plants in the air, made me incredibly happy. The hotel rooms are very clean, and the service is excellent; the electric shuttle in the park is almost always available on demand. You can also book a visit to Chairman Mao's former residence and take a shuttle tour of the grounds. The guest rooms even have robots that deliver takeout very quickly. The only downside was the mediocre breakfast; we only booked it for one day and ate out for the rest of our stay. If I ever go to Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here.

Traveling with my family, I searched online for many hotels and finally decided to stay at this one. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel itself is cozy and very clean. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and friendly. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely come back again.

The overall aspects are very balanced and the living is very smooth. The dining is simple and exquisite, the taste is reliable, and the daily dining is completely enough. The front desk and staff are very enthusiastic and the problem is solved in a timely manner. The room hygiene is quite good, living quietly and relaxing, and the quality of sleep has improved. Service: The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. They helped me with my luggage up and down the stairs during check-in and check-out. Complimentary iced water was also available at the front desk. Environment and Hygiene: The hotel is located a little way inside a residential compound. The entrance to the compound was a bit dirty, but it didn't really affect anything. The hotel rooms themselves were completely different from the external environment – very clean. My room had a large window overlooking the night market, which was very lively in the evenings. Once the stalls closed for the night, it became quite quiet, so it was good for sleeping. Location: It's right next to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The subway is only about 300-400 meters away, and it's just a 20-minute ride to Hankou Station, which made planning my itinerary very easy.

The service was excellent! We stayed during the May Day holiday and the service was really attentive. Manager Hans even gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was incredibly rich and easily comparable to popular breakfast spots outside. The afternoon tea at the executive lounge was also exquisite, but we were simply too full to fully enjoy it. It also happened to be my birthday, and although they didn't have chocolate cake, they still brought us some small pastries. I also heard the pool is quite good. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and hopefully, I'll get to try the pool then!

SShalinda WIf you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

GGuest UserI come here every time I want a good night's sleep on a business trip. The rooms are well lit and ventilated. You can get a few parking tickets if you stay for a few days. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced. It's the most cost-effective nearby. If you go to a chain hotel, it will cost you at least a hundred more.

CChet and SunnyHotel was located very close to Metro and shopping street. Comfortable, clean, and quiet room with partial river view; only complaint was the window needed cleaning to give full marks for our stay. Breakfast was also very good with pleasant seating atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for a very good value if you're touring Wuhan!

Cchenweiguo_xcThis was my first stay at an Atour Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Jianghan Road Station, which serves both Metro Line 2 and Line 6. Plus, there are numerous bus routes right outside the door, and it's practically on Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, making transportation incredibly convenient. Many attractions like Bagongfangzi, Huanglipibo Road, and the Customs Clock Tower are nearby, and you're surrounded by shopping and dining options – super handy! The room was spotless. My daughter booked a spacious river-view double room for me, and when we later switched to a city-view room next door, it was just as lovely. Both the front desk staff and housekeeping were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help. When I couldn't figure out the TV remote during check-in, someone came to assist immediately. And on the third night when we moved rooms, a staff member helped me move my belongings, which was a really thoughtful touch! The room amenities were new, and the shower had plenty of hot water, making for a very comfortable wash. They also have a 'Xiao Du' smart assistant for controlling the TV and curtains, and robot delivery services. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining environment was pleasant. They even offer free porridge at 9:30 PM. Overall, my experience at Atour Hotel was excellent! Highly recommend!

SSophyJiangmanlvhuiI chose to stay here again because of its excellent location. 🍃 **Ambiance:** This established hotel boasts a prime riverside spot, offering picturesque views of the Han River and its weeping willows. It's conveniently located next to the artsy Lihuangpi Street, and within walking distance of delicious food options and the retro Jianghan Street. The location truly couldn't be better. 🛏️ **Facilities:** Despite being an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained. The rooms are well-proportioned and fully equipped; the desk even comes with a rather expensive swivel chair. ⚠️ I did notice a few minor issues: there's only one charging outlet by the bed, the bathroom blinds are difficult to close, and there's no clothesline for drying. 💁♀️ **Service:** ⚠️ I booked two 'partial river view' rooms and had requested adjoining rooms via Ctrip and again in person. The front desk staff flatly refused, and assigning us rooms on the same floor felt like a favor. To top it off, the rooms were at opposite ends of the hallway, and while one had a great partial river view, the other faced directly onto an opposite building with only a sliver of river visible. It felt like a deliberate mix of good and bad. I noticed the hotel's occupancy wasn't particularly high that day, so it seems the front desk was being a bit clever with room assignments. ⚠️ The 'exclusive Didi ride-hailing voucher package offering up to 100 yuan off' was a 'special service' that was never mentioned, making it easy for guests to miss or forget. 🍽️ **Dining:** For a five-star hotel, the breakfast selection is limited and not very extensive.

GGuest UserAs a loyal fan of Ascott and Somerset, I previously stayed at the Somerset on Wusheng Road, and this time I tried a new Somerset location – it was truly fantastic! The room was spacious and brand new, decorated in my preferred minimalist European style, and the heating was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. Future City is right downstairs, with a Yonghui Supermarket and subway access, making it convenient to get anywhere.

GGuest UserIt looked like a new store, so I made a reservation. The price was very reasonable and great value. There are shopping malls and supermarkets downstairs. There is a Hunan restaurant downstairs. The fried chicken tastes good. The location is easy to find. Parking is free. The lady is also very welcoming. The room The whole house is smart, Tmall Genie can control everything, and the air conditioning effect is great. I will book here next time.

GGuest UserThis hostel has both clear pros and cons. The main advantage is its affordability; I paid around 30 yuan per night during the off-season. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and it's conveniently located near major attractions in Wuchang District, such as the Yellow Crane Tower and Liangdao Street, both within a ten-minute walk. However, its biggest drawback is the terrible soundproofing. The hostel is on the third floor, and the second floor houses a fitting room and a KTV. People often sing late into the night at the KTV, and sometimes very badly. For instance, last night a group of girls sang until 1 AM, which I could clearly hear from my bunk, making it impossible to sleep. If you're a light sleeper, you should definitely reconsider staying here. Otherwise, there's nothing else really to complain about.

GGuest UserThe hotel is seen on the left step of the daughter city entrance and walks straight to the villa area. The room is in the basement, but there is a big skylight in the room. Sitting on a chair and lying flat, there is no flavor! Clean and tidy! The bedding was very comfortable, stayed for one night, okay! The bathtub water is huge! There is also a simple breakfast!

AAnonymous User📍 Convenient location: about one kilometer away from Minfa Square and Wushang Mall, within walking distance, not far from Fenghua Night Market. Going to the ancient city is suitable for citywalk, passing the Hanjiang Bridge to the ancient city wall, there is a chance to see the Jiaoliu online train passing by at close range. 🏨 Comfortable environment: the room layout is reasonable, clean and tidy, there is intelligent voice in the whole house, and the air conditioning, lighting and curtains are very smooth. ❤️ Special thanks to the front desk lady, waiting at the front desk to check in, accidentally left the mobile phone on the sofa, the front desk lady immediately helped to collect the mobile phone and called the room to inform, but also very responsible to unlock the mobile phone to confirm whether it is the owner. Very pleasant stay ☺️
