This hotel in Guilin city center has an excellent location! 👍🏻 It's right at the intersection of Zheng Yang Road Pedestrian Street, and East-West Alley is just across the road. There's an underground passage right outside the entrance, which is quite lively with many small vendors. As soon as I arrived, I felt the hotel service was incredibly warm and attentive. The front desk staff, a young lady, even ran up the ramp to help us with our luggage. They offered various drinks at the entrance, such as ginger tea, chrysanthemum tea, coffee, and more. The staff thoughtfully helped us check in and carried our luggage to the room. They also explained the room facilities and important notes and added the concierge on WeChat. All the staff members were very kind and warm. The room was fully equipped; I stayed in the Family Castle Room, which had plenty of children's amenities. This is the first hotel I've stayed in that provides laundry detergent! 😄 The attention to detail was exceptional. I learned that food deliveries could be sent directly to the room by robot, which I absolutely loved. During my stay, I wanted a free coffee from the front desk but couldn't leave my room, so I asked them to send it via robot. Although half the cup spilled and the robot got dirty, I felt a bit embarrassed. But the concierge immediately asked if I was scalded, which was truly heartwarming! ☺️ Also, when I first entered the room, I connected to two Wi-Fi networks cautiously, thinking the signal was poor. I asked the concierge and realized I had connected to the wrong one. You can connect to your own room's Wi-Fi, or even others' since the passwords are all the same. 😂 The hotel also has a free self-service laundry room on the 4th floor. My pant legs were muddy from playing a few days before, but my mom was showering, and I didn't know how to use the machine. I asked the cleaning lady, and she asked a colleague to take the clothes up, wash them thoroughly, and dry them. They were returned the next morning. I'm so grateful! 💗 The breakfast restaurant on the 4th floor also serves delicious food, and it seems to change a little every day. 👍🏻⭐️ There's a tip wall at the entrance where many guests have left postcards. I had my little one write one too. 😄📝 So cute! You can really tell that previous guests were very satisfied with the hotel. The thoughtful and meticulous care and service are evident in every detail. Before checking out, I stored my luggage in the lobby to pick up later, and the staff were very courteous and friendly. They even gave us a souvenir, which I really appreciate!

Located right in the heart of Wuzhou near the river. This hotel was quite large with a beautiful and elegant lobby. The room was equally spacious and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked well and the bed was quite comfortable as well. Overall an excellent value for a hotel to use as a base for exploring Wuzhou!

I highly recommend this hotel in Yangshuo as fantastic value for money. Its location is good, very central, close to the bus station from the train, and just a 15-minute walk to West Street. The staff were very friendly, and my room had a wonderful view of the mountains. For just 30 yuan a day, I rented a bike right at the hotel to explore the beautiful countryside, which was a real highlight. One of the best budget-friendly choices in town.

A very comfortable hotel, clean and tidy, with spacious rooms that were big enough. The front desk staff, both the young woman and young man, were attentive and patient, providing excellent service. They even helped us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was quite tasty. What made us especially happy was getting to stay a beautiful night amidst the lovely mountains and rivers. I can just imagine sitting on the balcony here, sipping tea, scrolling on my phone, soaking up the sun, and just daydreaming...

The room was clean, and the disposable amenities were of good quality. 👍 The bedsheets were soft, comfortable, and spotless! The view was great, offering an aerial city and river view. We even saw a drone show, but we were out eating and missed most of it. The hotel breakfast was pretty good. 👍 The service was excellent; when I ordered takeout, a robot delivered it right to my room door. The location is superb, with many shops downstairs for browsing and plenty of food and drink options. The only minor issue I found was the somewhat impractical design for showering and getting dressed. Many hotels seem to have this style now, so maybe I'm just a bit behind the times.

The lobby's garden-inspired design, complemented by perfectly placed art decor, is both simple and stylish. The fresh scent of the mountains filled the air, instantly melting away any travel fatigue. And the guest room was an even bigger surprise! Spacious and bright, with a well-thought-out layout that allowed for smooth movement. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows brought the picturesque landscape directly into the room. Waking up to birdsong and gazing at the stars at night, I was fully immersed in the beauty of nature. The bedding was perfectly soft yet supportive, paired with excellent blackout curtains, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep every time. The bathroom featured a cleverly designed wet and dry separation, high-quality branded toiletries, and a stable 24-hour hot water supply. Even the hairdryer was high-powered – the attention to detail was truly impressive. Every corner of the room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was free of stains and odors, and the disinfected cups were perfectly packaged. The hygiene was simply impeccable. The attentiveness of the service was also incredibly heartwarming. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and swift. The staff not only provided detailed information about the hotel's facilities but also proactively shared tips for exploring the surrounding area – professional and enthusiastic. Room service was prompt and responsive, with a gentle knock that never disturbed my rest. From the environment and facilities to the service and hygiene, Yifang Landscape Hotel truly delivers a five-star experience, perfectly blending natural landscapes with comfortable accommodation. This trip was made even better by this hotel, and I will definitely choose it again without hesitation on my next visit. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a quality travel experience!

Located opposite a pretty lake, nice for a walk, the hotel is good for leisure and business travellers. The rooms are large and well equipped. The shower was particularly nice and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is very clean. Fortunately I was with my Chinese speaking partner otherwise check in may have been a longer process. The breakfast was also fine but more orientated to local audience - albeit there is bread, fruit, eggs. Coffee at breakfast is not so good.

Facilities: This was my first time in Yangshuo, and this hotel is really popular because of its amazing window views. After checking in, I found the facilities to be excellent as well. It's not one of those places that looks good on the outside but is disappointing on the inside. I absolutely loved the super big TV and the rotating bed in the room. You can turn it to the best angle and lie down to admire the mountains! Cleanliness: Very satisfied. Everything was changed for each new guest. I stayed for two nights and they proactively asked about cleaning and changing things on the second day. Environment: Speechless, truly beautiful. In the low season of winter, the green outside the window was a bit desolate, but the sunrise and sunset created an amazing ambiance! 👏🏻 Service: Absolutely top-notch. After the concierge group was set up, they were incredibly attentive, answering all my questions about booking various tours and even offering some discounts. They were meticulous, reminding and asking about afternoon tea and dinner's white fungus soup! Fantastic. Plus, the photos taken by the in-house photography service turned out great. I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves (of course, I brought my own clothes) 🧐

My stay at the Crowne Plaza Nanning was absolutely fantastic! Allen at the front desk provided amazing service, and the bellboy, L'ynn, proactively helped carry our luggage to the room. From check-in to check-out, we received incredibly attentive service. They offered the best recommendations and advice for dining, entertainment, and activities in Nanning, truly making us feel the warmth and hospitality of Guangxi. The room was clean and cozy, and the bedding was so comfortable that we slept soundly all night. The location is also very convenient, whether for business trips or visiting Qingxiu Mountain. The gym and pool facilities are well-equipped, allowing you to stay in shape even while traveling. Overall, it was a reassuring and delightful choice for our trip to Nanning, and I will definitely be back again!

The high-altitude Shangri-La definitely lives up to its name, located on the 88th floor with unparalleled views. The sky lobby is on the 68th floor. Shangri-La's quality has always been reliable. Room amenities: The room size is generous, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic views both day and night. The bathtub is also large, making for a very comfortable soak. Breakfast: The selection is rich, and there are plenty of seats, so it never feels too crowded. The waitstaff provides excellent service. The hotel is connected to MixC on the first floor, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Taxis are also readily available. The BBQ downstairs in the evening is delicious. The only minor drawback was the quality of the bath towels, which could be improved.
