"Five stars because that's the highest I can give! The hotel service was absolutely fantastic! We had already checked out in the morning, but our flight wasn't until the evening, and when we went back for our luggage in the afternoon, they even gave us 30 minutes to shower! The staff proactively helped us arrange transportation and were incredibly enthusiastic! The hotel also offered sea views, and I even witnessed a stunning 'fiery sky' (red clouds) in the morning! A truly wonderful experience!"

"The hotel is quite nice, very close to the beach and right next to the police station, just in case. There are many places to shop nearby, and the beaches of Ipanema and Leblon are also quite close. The only issue was that the room I stayed in smelled strongly of damp, but overall it was quite good. I hope they can improve this."

"Great hotel with a great location - besides being on Copacabana, Ipanema is also within walking distance. The room was very clean, and you also have great French cosmetics Lóccitane for hair and body. I have no words to describe the great breakfast, which was very rich! I am very happy with my 5-day stay here and would come back again.Free chairs and umbrella on the beach.Amazing view from the bar and rooftop pool.Most delisious coffe I've had her in Rio."

"The hotel has a nice location on the beach, but the property could do with some updates. The first room I went into had a funny smell, so I reported it to reception. The male receptionist looked at me, and as if he doubted my word After I insisted, he assigned me a new room, but it was left to me to move my luggage. . No support was offered and I couldn’t be bothered to ask. I did ask if there would be any complimentary water put in the room. He said he would get housekeeping to put some water, but I’m still waiting two days later.  Power outlets in the room are limited and not designed for modern travel. No USB points. The TV is old and not smart or Internet connected. There are no cable channels so nearly all of the channels are local language apart from one CNN news channel in English.. The hotel is quite noisy and dogs. The walls are thin and guests scrape furniture across the marble floors. This is relatively easy to remedy if the hotel cared. The rooftop pool was disappointing as it’s quite small and normally full of kids. The restaurant is closed after breakfast. There is a bar, but it’s never open.. The biggest problem I had was the Internet. It did not work properly in my room and kept cutting out every few minutes. I had to stand in the corridor or come down to the lobby in order to get any decent coverage. I complained to the staff, but they did nothing and just told me it works.. This was extremely frustrating and I certainly wouldn’t come back to this hotel again."

"Great hotel with a luxurious view of the most famous beach. Yes, there are some minor issues, like sometimes having to wait 7 minutes for an elevator, but I don't consider that a problem. It's a 30-story hotel with 6 elevators and many rooms, so you can imagine. The breakfasts are a bit repetitive and could be improved, but they do have fresh orange juice, which is a nice touch. There aren't always enough hotel umbrellas and chairs on the beach, but I don't see that as critical either. The bed was good, and I slept excellently! My birthday fell during my stay, and the hotel gave me a lovely surprise! Thank you! I'll definitely be back."

"This hotel is 10/10 can’t fault one thing, please  don’t read the reviews , located on one of Rio’s best beaches by far better any others near by, no restaurants around hotel but you can get Ubers for very cheap , 10 mins to barra or leblon highly recommend great value for money in Rio"

"Staying at Miramar by Windsor Copacabana was honestly one of the best parts of my trip to Rio. The location couldn’t be better — right on Copacabana Beach, so I could just walk out and feel the energy of the city. The staff were all so kind and helpful, it really made me feel at home. And that view from the rooftop? Just amazing. I’ll never forget watching the sunset from up there."

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The staff was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. "The breakfast and swimming pool view are great. The room facilities are average, especially the soundproofing is very poor. The room next door plays loud music from 9 to 12 o'clock. I almost want to complain. But it is convenient and safe to call Uber. There is a small shopping mall next to it."

"The room lacked basic amenities — no duvet or blanket, broken toilet, no hot water, and a phone that didn’t work. The WiFi and TV barely functioned, the ceiling was under construction, and the room had no view with a window that opened only a sliver. The door also locked itself and the key card stopped working. The hotel was overcrowded — there was no space to enjoy the pool, and breakfast was a letdown with no vegan options at all. Add to that loud construction noise for long periods and this stay felt more stressful than relaxing. Definitely not worth the price or the stars."
