This is an apartment-style hotel, and Building 1 is quite old. The quad room we stayed in wasn't the two-bedroom, one-living-room layout described in the package; it was two guest rooms that had been knocked together and converted. The decor and facilities are quite dated. The elevator sways when going up and down, especially when entering and exiting, which was very noticeable and made for a poor experience. The breakfast had a good variety and was generally acceptable, but most dishes were just average in taste, which is subjective, of course. The rooftop pool had a nice environment, but unfortunately, we couldn't swim due to the rainy weather. We didn't get a chance to visit the other pools, but based on what other travelers said, I assume they're relatively good. If swimming is your main reason for coming, it might be worth considering, but the general accommodation experience is just average. The facilities are a bit old, but clean and well-maintained. The environment is pleasant, and the service is excellent. The hotel offers great value for money in June, and the breakfast selection is diverse.

Super convenient! We even got upgraded, which my kids absolutely loved. The area around the hotel has everything you need. We could play on the beach until late and then just walk straight back to our room. Plus, there's a 24-hour convenience store which is a huge bonus!

Last year, I came with no expectations and was pleasantly surprised. I booked a beachfront king room, and they let me check in early. I was on a floor above the 20th with a great view, and I've been recommending it to everyone since. This year, I brought relatives. We arrived early, and I understood there might not be a room ready. I left my number at 11 AM, and at first, they said only a side sea view was available. I asked to wait, and the staff said a room would probably be ready around 1 PM as they were cleaning it. When I went back after 1 PM, they said it still wasn't ready. Then, at 1:30 PM, I asked someone else, and without saying anything, they processed check-in for two rooms. I was confused because there were two front desks, some staff in uniform and some not, and I thought there was a huge difference in service. When I went up, it was a side sea view, so I had to go back down to change rooms. Ugh, the whole experience was terrible, and the staff's attitude was very cold, completely ruining last year's positive impression.

The amenities were good, but the service for them was just okay. Hygiene was passable. The biggest issue was the air conditioning being too loud. If there's a time limit on the amenities, the front desk should inform guests during check-in!

The hotel service was excellent, and the surrounding facilities were great. The beach was also clean. It's especially suitable for a family vacation.

I stayed here years ago and found the location convenient, so I booked it again. However, I definitely noticed that the facilities are showing their age now. The location is still great, with everything nearby. Parking is free, and the breakfast is pretty standard.

The room was very clean and incredibly spacious. The front desk staff was amazing; we arrived a bit late and she even upgraded our room. A big thank you to her! Overall, it was a great experience, my child loved it, and I'll definitely be back. It's also very close to the beach, and the beach environment was fantastic.

Extremely messy and absolutely no service to speak of. To use the pool, you have to go across the street and queue up for a ticket; why can't we just use our room key? The room itself was very old, apartment-style, and the bathroom had an odor.

Amazing place, the 2 infinity pools, one on the rooftop and one on the cliff, really make you enjoy at max the holiday.

This is clearly an apartment, yet it charges hotel-like prices. The environment and hygiene are terrible – dirty, messy, and poorly managed. The facilities are old and run-down, and breakfast is very mediocre. I have no idea how Trip.com rated and recommended this place. This is the first negative review I've given a business in 20 years.

The hot spring is only open from afternoon to evening, which I found a bit disappointing as I think it should also be open in the mornings. There were huge crowds during the May Day holiday, so I think the experience would be much better and more comfortable on a regular weekend.

The hygiene was really subpar. I chose a hotel over a private apartment precisely because I didn't want issues with management or unaddressed negative feedback. Right after entering the room, I found a cigarette butt behind the door, which was truly speechless. When I reported it to the front desk, they offered to switch rooms, but there was no choice left, only one other room of the same type. The service was also just average, definitely not up to a 5-star standard.

The location is fantastic, right by the beach. Having a hot spring overlooking the sea is really comfortable. There's also a mountain park next door where you can hike and then enjoy a drink at the mountaintop cafe before heading down for a half-hour swim in the cliffside pool. It's perfect for a relaxing 3-day vacation. The beach downstairs is lively in the evenings too, with something for everyone, kids and adults alike. However, the hotel facilities are quite poor, especially the bathroom, which had a really bad smell, even when not in use – it was quite unpleasant. The elevators are also very old and don't open and close reliably. Oh, and the breakfast wasn't very good.
