The location of the hotel is not bad. It is only about 7 minutes' walk across the road from Xining Station. The price of the deluxe twin room booked in a five-star hotel is just over 300. The hotel lobby is on the 21st floor. It was more than 7 o'clock in the evening when I checked in. There were suppers next to the front desk, including porridge, snacks, grilled sausages, peanuts, and drinks. Although not much, they can fill my stomach. I haven't encountered this in other hotels. The room area is quite large, especially the bathing area is very spacious, but the rest area is a bit cramped, and there is no coffee table. There is a small sofa next to the bed. If you want to order something outside, there is no place to eat. However, the hotel's breakfast is still good, with more varieties, as well as local specialties such as beef noodles and yak yogurt, and freshly ground coffee. Turn left at the hotel gate and go right after two intersections. There are many restaurants on the street, all of which are local specialties. I took a taxi to Ga Zhangwa, which is about 7 or 8 kilometers away. His barbecue and kang pot are very good. Many celebrities have been to his house. There is a noodle shop called Yi Ding Xiang on the left side of the hotel entrance. If you are in a hurry to catch a car or a plane, you can eat it. It's not bad. The main places to visit in Xining are Qinghai Lake, Chaka Salt Lake, and Ta'er Temple, all of which are worth visiting. The only bad thing was that we had to go out at 6 o'clock the next day to Qinghai Lake, and we had to have breakfast at 7 o'clock. After telling the front desk, I asked the restaurant to take away the light meals prepared by the restaurant, saying that they were placed at the door of the restaurant, but when I went to get them at 6 o'clock in the morning, the restaurant on the 5th floor was not open, and I opened the roller shutter door, but I didn't see it. The front desk coordinated for more than 10 minutes, and no one knew where it was placed. Finally, I found someone who said that it was placed at the front desk of the restaurant. There were other guests who had to leave early in the morning, so they probably took them all away. The restaurant staff quickly took bags to pack two bags of food. Although it was solved, it delayed more than 20 minutes. Overall, I feel that this hotel is very cost-effective and worth staying.
