Stayed at this hotel for a week. Every one in the reception is wonderful, and amongst them Amy is the best I think. She went above and beyond to provide everything I need during my stay, and she was always smiling which made my day brghter. The hotel location is not bad. Metro station, and local attractions are all within walking distance.

Very satisfied. Although the room is not big, the details are very good and clean. The facilities are also very new. The bedding and pajamas are all self-operated brands and very comfortable. The location is very good. There is a pedestrian street downstairs. It is not noisy when the windows are closed. I will stay here again when I go to Wuhan next time

The overall experience of staying at this Intercity Hotel is superb, and I must give it a thumbs up! The service attitude of the hotel staff Frank Huang is warm and thoughtful. He actively adds WeChat and meets my needs at all times. It is very good and the hotel environment is pleasant, the lobby is spacious and bright, the decoration is beautiful, and the green plants are well maintained, which makes people feel comfortable as soon as they come in. The room is warmly decorated, with good lighting and excellent sound insulation. The service is impeccable. The front desk checked in quickly and introduced the surrounding information attentively. During the various needs raised during the period, such as additional towels and late check-out, the staff responded efficiently and with a warm and kind attitude. In terms of hygiene, the room is clean and shiny, the bed is clean and stain-free, and the bathroom is spotless without any odor. The facilities are also very complete. The bed is moderately soft and hard, the air conditioning has good cooling and heating effects, and there are rich TV programs. There are also various gym equipment and the swimming pool has clear water. I really recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a great location near the CBD, and is in a little gated community of sorts with other hotels. True to its name, the hotel is in an apartment building, with reception on the 30th floor. The reception was very friendly and professional. The rooms have stunning views of the city, skyline and highway roads, perfect for Instagram! The rooms are very big as well, with a sofa, TV and voice activated lights and curtains. The bathroom has a remote controlled toilet, and is large and clean as well. Amenities include a fantastic Western/Chinese style buffet breakfast for extra. The chefs will also make you fresh dumplings/wontons/noodles on request! Also includes laundry with washing machines and dryers. Has a ”gym” which only includes treadmills, a cable machine, dumbbells and benches which is the bare necessities. For the price, it's incredible value. Stayed here twice on one trip
