Close to Wuhan University and the subway. Most importantly, the lady at the front desk is nice and kind, with a nice voice! Come again next time!

I usually give good reviews, but I'm unhappy with the airport transfer service. Here's why: I originally wanted to book a 6 AM shuttle, but the front desk insisted on 5:30 AM, citing the 'better early than late' principle. I agreed. However, when I came down at 5 AM, I was told that the shuttle required 5 passengers per car (excluding the driver) and that I should just squeeze in as we'd arrive shortly, implying I should understand the difficulties of running a business. I ended up getting in, which is partly my fault. Still, I suspect the hotel front desk, knowing there were many people, deliberately arranged 5 people per car to reduce the number of trips, using the 'better early than late' excuse. The driver also knowingly transported 5 passengers, which is overloading. I will most likely not stay here again.

Staying at the E-Shang Hotel Wuhan University of Technology Wenzhi Street Subway Station store was a truly comfortable experience. The hotel is right next to the subway, making travel incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and bright, with new and complete facilities, and the smart room features offered a great experience. It was quiet and relaxing. The thoughtful free laundry and return service was a lifesaver, solving any worries about laundry while traveling – very considerate. The breakfast selection was rich, and they even had authentic Wuhan hot dry noodles, which tasted just like the real thing. The staff were warm and patient, paying attention to every detail. It offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Wuhan.

The hotel's decor is minimalist yet sophisticated, and the lobby has a fantastic ambiance. My room offered expansive views with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city streets. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner and bathroom sparkling. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The service was gentle and attentive, the complimentary toiletries had a lovely scent, and the hairdryer was powerful. This place offers great value for money. For anyone visiting the area, staying here is a guaranteed good choice – I've already recommended it to my friends!

Price increases too fast. Yishang Hotel is a choice that can't go wrong. If you are pursuing a clean, intelligent, cost-effective business travel or short-haul travel experience, it usually meets expectations, and its free laundry and zero-pressure mattress are the highlights. Recommendation: When booking, it is recommended to note or call for a room that is ”not facing the street, high floor” to avoid noise risk

Yishang Hotel Wulidun Metro Station Branch is clean, spacious, and bright, with convenient facilities and impeccable service. The staff are enthusiastic, efficient, and responsive to all requests. Most importantly, the room rate is affordable, and parking is free. I was very satisfied with my stay! I always stay here when I come to Wuhan. It's close to Jianghan Road, Yellow Crane Tower, and Wansongyuan, offering easy access to food, drinks, and entertainment. Located on a main road, its main advantage is convenience!

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the service is friendly and welcoming, giving people a warm and welcoming feeling. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and well-decorated, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast is rich and varied, especially with Wuhan's local snacks, which is very ideal. The hotel is also conveniently located, with large supermarkets and shopping malls nearby.

Our initial stay at the hotel was reasonably good. However, on the second day, when we return to the hotel, we had a rude shock. The whole hotel was plunged total darkness and half of the main entrance to the l9obby was pad locked. We were told by the staff that there was a major power failure and the situation cannot be rectified. There was no electrical supply for the lights, lifts etc. To make matter worse we were told that we have to checkout as the hotel has stopped operating. I approached and asked if he could make alternative arrangements for our accommodations as we have another 3 nights to go. He told me a flat NO to my request. Our room was on the 12th floor, and we had to climb up the stairs to our room to pack our luggage to check out and to climb down the stairs to the ground floor. I have never encountered such an event of a hotel where the management was so irresponsible to their guests. We had to find our own accommodation and transport to the new hotel. I had to frantically search for a new hotel at the lobby in the dark. NO ASSISTANCE was offered by the management of the hotel. Such a hotel should be banned from operation and a SEVERE penalty be imposed on them.

Very satisfied and comfortable. There are many eating options around. It is close to Wuhan Station. The subway entrance is also relatively close and can be reached on foot. If you want to carry a suitcase, the summer in Wuhan is a bit difficult. I will choose it next time. I slept well in the hotel.
