An excellent hotel to stay for a family holiday in Weihai. Ms. Lu Xia was very nice and helped us carry out our luggage when checking out.

good location for visit shopping mall. also right next to supermarket. staff are very friendly and helpful. room is spacious and comfortable. this is my second time for stay here and wanna book again for next holiday.

The name of this hotel is Sunshine! Sutuated in the center of Weihai. Near the park, pedestrian street and malls. Good breakfasts. Room is big, nice and clean. Everyday put complimentary fruits or vegetables, and come snacks. Minus is where's no safebox, and no hangers for towels in the bathroom.

The hotel's location is fine. But, the cleanliness are not really okay.

Staying at this hotel: The front desk staff were warm and attentive, the hotel was clean and hygienic, and it was very quiet at night. Parking was convenient. The hotel is located in the city center, with a park right outside the door. The surrounding environment is elegant, making it a great place for morning exercise. It's less than 300 meters from the beach, and the sports center and beach are just across the pedestrian street and Weigao Plaza. Dining is very convenient, with food stalls everywhere along the pedestrian street and Weigao Plaza!

Upon arrival, they offered me a room upgrade and assigned me a suite, but all the facilities were extremely outdated. When I requested an upgrade to a newly renovated floor, the front desk informed me that all rooms were full. I then spoke to a different receptionist, and within a minute, rooms were available! This was a terrible stay. Where did their friendly attitude go when they were chasing after guests for five-star reviews? I will absolutely never stay here again!

Items left behind after check-out are difficult to retrieve! Without verification, they immediately replied that they hadn't found them after cleaning! In a rush to leave after check-out, I forgot my newly purchased charger, even though I clearly remembered where I put it, but the front desk said they didn't see it, even though new guests had already checked in during peak season! The hotel's cleaning and management are poor; a bad review! How can guests feel comfortable staying with such management deficiencies? The service and management of this four-star hotel are questionable!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can walk to Weigao Plaza in seven minutes and Weihai World in about ten minutes. It is also very convenient to take a taxi to visit the attractions. The room is also very clean and transparent.

The hotel is located in the downtown area, with convenient transportation and parking. The only drawback is that there is no charging station. The room is comfortable and suitable for a family of three. There is a refrigerator and a mobile clothes drying rack. The house has plenty of light, no odor, and is very quiet at night. There are two large windows on the east and south sides, and you can see the sea. Free cucumbers 🥒, tomatoes 🍅 and other fruits are delivered every day. There is also yogurt. Good value for money. Worth recommending!

Weihai is a beautiful city, and the Sunshine Hotel where I stayed also brought me a pleasant mood. The hotel is located in the north of Huancuilou Park, with a quiet environment. Going east is the bustling Zodiac Street and Weigao Square, and the night market is particularly lively. The hotel also upgraded the standard for free. What touched me most was that when I checked out, I asked to check the room, and the beautiful lady at the front desk said, no, we don’t need to check for guests. This kind of trust is rare and also represents the overall quality and humanistic feelings of Weihai. If I have the opportunity to come to Weihai again, I will still choose Sunshine Hotel.
