The hotel is well located near some Korean malls which are quite convenient for lunch and dinning. In general the hotel is clean with ok service. The check out time is 11.00am however they allow Can$10 for each hour if prolonged stay for check-out is needed.

The fitness centre was rather simple and small. Others were alright.

Room was very nice and the tub was great. The restaurant was marginal and overpriced but a great waiter and a good atmosphere. But overall stay was great I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

It was clean and the bed was spacious so I was able to rest comfortably. The air conditioner was a little loud and the bath faucet was a little loud, which was a bit annoying.

The hygiene is average, there are stains on the quilt. The location is in the center of Lougheed, which is OK.

The hotel is old, but the good thing is that there are many restaurants around, especially Korean restaurants.

It is an unsatisfactory experience in terms of living quality. The telephone and lamps in the room are dusty, and the air conditioner in the room makes a loud start-up sound about every ten minutes. The advantage is that there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and you can find food on foot. There is also a liquor store downstairs, which is a very convenient place.

The overall feeling is good, four-star hotel, very cost-effective

I called 3 times to borrow a microwave, but they didn't bring it.

The hotel is located in Coquitlam, Vancouver. The surrounding environment is beautiful, there are many Korean and Chinese food around, and it is convenient to travel. But the bar downstairs was too noisy on weekends, almost until 2:30 in the morning, which affected the rest too much. In addition, the service is average, not cleaning on Saturdays.
