My stay at the Executive Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre was overall pleasant. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping and dining options, making it great for both business and leisure. The rooms were comfortable and adequately equipped, though they could use a bit of a refresh. The conference facilities were spacious and well-suited for meetings. The staff were courteous and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The on-site restaurant was decent, and the service was prompt. A reliable option if you're looking for a comfortable stay in the Metro Vancouver area.

Room and amenities are really good , I enjoyed my stay .

The hotel is well located near some Korean malls which are quite convenient for lunch and dinning. In general the hotel is clean with ok service. The check out time is 11.00am however they allow Can$10 for each hour if prolonged stay for check-out is needed.

The fitness centre was rather simple and small. Others were alright.

The room was large, with older but fully equipped facilities. The coffee was Canadian, but I didn't get to try it because the coffee machine wasn't very clean. The room was clean, but the air conditioning was noisy and the filter was heavily dusted. It was cool at night, so the air conditioning was negligible. The soundproofing wasn't very good. There's an Old Xi'an restaurant and Coco Milk Tea about 400 meters away, making the area quite convenient. Some of the front desk staff were unfriendly. Arriving too early meant you couldn't check in early, which was a bit of a lack of personalization.

This is a very cost-effective hotel in Coquitlam. There is a food court behind it with Yang Guofu and Insadong BBQ. Although it is far from downtown, it is suitable for international students preparing to attend schools such as SFU and CC to stay temporarily. Korean town is also very safe at night, making it a good choice.
