This is a lovely and peaceful venue just south of Granada. The hotel is stylish and modern with comfortable bedrooms and beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. It is located within a winery producing excellent wines and guests can have organised bodega visits and wine tastings at the weekends. There is an outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds and well-kept gardens. We had a superior room which was spacious and with a well-equipped bathroom and a terrace looking out over the winery and scenery. The hotel is very proficient regarding Covid 19 and there are hand gel dispensers widely available and all staff and guests wear face masks. Reception staff were very efficient and helpful as were housekeeping and the restaurant/bar staff. There is substantial external car parking available, plus there is an optional chargeable underground car park available. In the restaurant there is a good selection of very well-presented dishes. As often is the case in Spain portions can be large and many appetiser dishes are suitable for 2 to share. At breakfast they bring a tray for each table with breads, rolls, ham, cheese, jams, fruit etc. In addition, they bring hot drinks to order, fresh juice, water etc. For an extra charge of €6 they will provide freshly cooked eggs and bacon. We took a winery tour with tasting on the Sunday in English with Alejandro, who was highly informative and enthusiastic. The wines produced are exceptionally good and we purchased a few cases of their wine (our favourite was the Plata). The service throughout was faultless and professional. Overall, an excellent break away from home – very relaxing and highly recommended.

The Latin was right: “You are still in time.” We are in the middle of the summer, and the asfalt granate seeks to the fall of the afternoon a breath to the canicule. A 15 minutes from the capital there is a place that only enjoys the privileged people who have known the site by the mouth-hearing procedure, because it is the most solvent procedure to find the terrace of the Hotel Zerbinetta de Dilar. The hotel is a great location for the visitors to the hotel. A light downstairs leads to a refreshing acequia and a beautiful and fresh terrace at the fall of the afternoon, partly covered by a few hundreds of nice chests that give the paradise a special touch. And we're going to beer; ideal temperature, but missing 0/0 griff. Summer tin, well served with touching a limon rack, which is not usual. The coat tails are frankly improved. The letter is too long for our taste. Preferably shorter and more attractive. In doubt we inclined to the grill: a shell bark for two retired people was enough. The most saftig garnison than the meat itself, a little past of brass. If the account comes within the reasonable, you can assure you that the visit is positive. These days of caniculum one is looking for good temperature and quietness. There will be other moments to assess the quality of the kitchen.
