This is a lovely and peaceful venue just south of Granada. The hotel is stylish and modern with comfortable bedrooms and beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. It is located within a winery producing excellent wines and guests can have organised bodega visits and wine tastings at the weekends. There is an outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds and well-kept gardens. We had a superior room which was spacious and with a well-equipped bathroom and a terrace looking out over the winery and scenery. The hotel is very proficient regarding Covid 19 and there are hand gel dispensers widely available and all staff and guests wear face masks. Reception staff were very efficient and helpful as were housekeeping and the restaurant/bar staff. There is substantial external car parking available, plus there is an optional chargeable underground car park available. In the restaurant there is a good selection of very well-presented dishes. As often is the case in Spain portions can be large and many appetiser dishes are suitable for 2 to share. At breakfast they bring a tray for each table with breads, rolls, ham, cheese, jams, fruit etc. In addition, they bring hot drinks to order, fresh juice, water etc. For an extra charge of €6 they will provide freshly cooked eggs and bacon. We took a winery tour with tasting on the Sunday in English with Alejandro, who was highly informative and enthusiastic. The wines produced are exceptionally good and we purchased a few cases of their wine (our favourite was the Plata). The service throughout was faultless and professional. Overall, an excellent break away from home – very relaxing and highly recommended.

Fatal, quite disappointed with the room, here there is no soul, two people made up, the bathroom distributed in three parts of the room, a shower, whose door gives the room directly, the washing room in the middle, and a toilet with a minimum door, that if you are a little broad you don't enter. In addition, when we arrived, we had to warn the girl that there was a compress (not ours) after the toilet and I went to clean it, but the bed as we arrived was better swept not know that ... There was nothing more than one type of juice at breakfast, They have no lactose-free milk, and people bring their own food, logical because this is lost from the hand of God and here Sundays there is no place to eat. Carrefour, lidl supermarket is within walking distance, free parking on the side of the road, and although there are not many types of breakfast, it is left with care. We chose this hotel for the services it offered. our disappointment on arrival because the hot tub and the terrace are closed. I would have appreciated from the management an email before our arrival to let us know because in this case we would have chosen another hotel. After a very cordial exchange with the owner on this fact, he admitted that indeed there was not a very good website and that he should have mentioned it. the free breakfast as a commercial gesture was appreciated. the staff is very very pleasant and very smiling, the house is magnificent. the breakfast remains correct for the price of 5 euros. we still left disappointed because for us the price of the night is far too expensive without the services offered on the site.

I read many criticisms, but we were good, it is true, in one of the two rooms we booked there was a little bad smell, I think waste waste came from the bathroom, but the rest respected the expectations of a 3 stars. The reception was very friendly and available, even to get us a taxi quickly when we needed it. We were comfortable with free parking in front of the entrance, even though it was not very big and after a certain hour it was easy to find it full. The bus that takes to the center (I think S2) is a few minutes away from the hotel. Cost ticket € 1.40. We were in 4, so € 5.60, and with the same or just a little more you go in taxi. Then from the center if you want to reach Alhambra there is to take another bus, or to take a climbing foot (with the hot August), or to extend the taxi race. A lot of varied breakfast. Not bad even dinner in hotel. Fixed menus with three first and second choices at €11 or on paper. Unfortunately, the lady only speaks Spanish. Even a word of English or Italian, which is strange, could make the simpler concepts understand.
