This apartment was perfect. Clean, stylish & spacious. Everything one could want was available and the staff were really helpful. I definitely intend to return 😊

The hotel is located in the heart of Udine, the most prosperous area, next to Piazza della Liberty. The room is very clean, with complete facilities, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the train station.

When I arrived at the store at 9pm, no one greeted me. It is said that it is a hotel, but it actually only has 4 rooms, and the door has a code lock and looks more like a B&B. I contacted a Ctrip assistant, and after contacting me, I was told that the front desk would be closed at 8:30, but I was not notified in advance and no notice was left. It wasn't until 9:30 that someone called to tell me the unlock code to enter the room. Good location and complete facilities. The room is spacious. The service is really bad. Ctrip's assistant is great. If you call me at 3 o'clock at night Beijing time, I will reply immediately until the problem is solved.

The appartment is at the third floor of a building in the historical center really clean - the equipment are good: dyson hairdryer, Smeg coffee machine good bed - very quiet place Just regreat, no washing machine, even common Be careful, no access with the car, a public parking is at 5 minutes walk but paying

We really enjoy our stay in this Hotel. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. The room was very clean and well equipped and the view was excellent. I will definetely always stay at Oriana Homel when visiting Udine. It’s was my favorite out of all the places we stayed in Italy . Can’t wait for my next trip to Udine.

Bella posizione, in pieno centro. Bello anche il palazzo e la stanza, ben curata. Rispetto a quanto si paga delude un po’. Porta che non isola e rumori dal corridoio parecchio fastidiosi. Un po’ buia. Per il prezzo giudizio medio, ma la stanza è il eevvzio sojo ok
