We stayed in the cave room , that was totally different experience and it was really nice . Their breakfast is so nice . The staff was very kind and helping.The environment feel like a home . Location is ideal for Cappadocia hot air balloon sighting

Interesting hotel, quite beautiful, the boss was very nice, other staff soso. Hotel can help arrange very expensive taxis to Goreme and back. Breakfast needs more variety, it’s the exact same every day.

The hotel was more beautiful than I expected. The cleaning is thorough and I am very satisfied. Also, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious! You can also walk to Uchisar Castle.

The hotel is beautiful, there is coffee and tea 24 hours a day for free, it has parking and a very delicious breakfast!

The location of the hotel is nice. Stop at the reception, the lady friend is very friendly. We didn't like it very much. The room was good. There was a lack of air conditioning. A mini fridge could be placed.

I thought it was very nice, it met my expectations.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. Very small room for two people, tiny bathroom, shower door falling off, water spray mist, no safe, no chair or table. No where to put anything besides bed or floor. We had to always ask for toilet paper. Tea/coffee in lobby (which is ok), but please provide spoons! Breakfast was fine. Shops about 600m walk . No cleaning of rooms, which I think was because of a holiday but at least tell us . I was told we could put laundry in; then when I gave laundry, suddenly the laundry is closed. Never again

The hotel was a short walk away through the neighborhood to town .. which we enjoyed without crowds New renovated the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast served on the rooftop . We visited all the sites of Cappadocia from here.

Place in general is nice but the Bollon view wasn’t that great. Breakfast was good. It is nice place in general for stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Horrid hotel with thieving employees. Several medications were stole when we were on an excursion. The meds could only be accessed by employees who did not return them resulting in a cost of $245 for replacement meds and doctors appointment. When I complained to the manager who repeatedly said “No problem” to which I assured him it was a problem. There was NO SAFE in the room as pictured for meds and passport. The room would be less than a 1 star in the US. Most things in the room were either broken (bath fan, bath shelf, radiator, etc), missing (safe), wrong scale (lighting),etc. The staff would see us waiting in the lobby for assistance and ignore us standing out front the door smoking. Their English suddenly became almost zero when a problem occurred. RUN, DON’T STAY HERE.

Hotel nice and clean, free parking outside. Location was very good as we near Uchisar castle. Wi-Fi connection from the room could have been better. Service by Tofiq was awesome he looked after us well and helped us get a great deal with the hot air balloon!

Budget hotel at 5 stars services and clean in every corner of the property staff and services as well , I recommend this hotel to every one
