DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Houston - Greenway Plaza Reviews

This hotel is a little older than we have experienced with other Double Tree hotels. Could use some updating. The escalators were not working from the garage. And there is no elevators. So climbing the two stories of dead escalators was no fun. No need to hit the gym. No water bottles in the rooms. Quality of room coffee is super poor. Service was very good. Location is good. Entering the garage is a nightmare. Very complicated.

The hot water in shower is not hot enough. Also the self parking is $30 a day, so be ware beforehand.

Business trip, this premises is good location for my meetings.

It is a good hotel and well located. I couldn’t help but notice how dirty the vent was and when I ended up with a flow when I turned on the air- conditioning. It was obvious what caused it.
