My stay here was excellent, I was really happy with everything. The room was well-equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and all the appliances were easy to use. The soundproofing was fantastic – I hardly heard any noise from the hallway or outside, which made for a very peaceful night's sleep. The air conditioning was spotless, blowing clean air without any dust or musty smell, and it was easy to adjust the temperature. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including meat, vegetarian options, pastries, fruits, and hot drinks; the ingredients were fresh, and the food tasted great. The staff were very warm and attentive, handling my check-in and daily requests promptly and patiently. Overall, my experience was perfect. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Atour Hotel twice within 10 days, and it was consistently great, as always. It happened to be the Dragon Boat Festival, and the hotel even prepared little gifts, which was incredibly thoughtful. I immediately started decorating with them, haha. Our flight arrived late at night but the hotel was able to arrange for pick up from airport for us promptly. The room and facilities are in top condition. Add on breakfast also offers good selection of food. An excellent choice of place to stay if you would like to stay near to the airport to catch a good night rest.

The best choice for a business layover in Xi'an! The hotel offers 24-hour shuttle service, which is incredibly convenient and thoughtful! The hotel offers an airport pick-up service. The driver was quite a character! I told him over the phone that I was going to pick up my luggage, and I accidentally gave him the wrong return terminal when checking the flight information. He ended up going to T5 first, then T3. He complained quite a bit, especially since I was the only passenger. Later, I realized T5 was the departures level. I figured the airport wasn't too far from the hotel and I was worried that if I took a taxi, I might get a driver who would be annoyed by the short distance, which would spoil my mood. Flight got delayed almost 24 hrs, so this hotel was the right choice to bridge the time. Pick up and late checkout helped a lot.

Hotel surpassed my expectations and would highly recommend if you need a place near the airport. Fully equipped with laundry room, gym, breakfast (and supper!) with grocery stores nearby.

The hotel is perfect for an overnight layover. The free shuttle was convenient. Staff was very diligent assisting us even though we can not speak Chinese. I was able to coordinate everything via WeChat. Hotel is clean and super comfortable.
