A fully equipped hotel . Free amenities and about 10 mins to walk to subway. Near to Asasuka temple and shopping areas. However, room is al little small for 4 adults.

The location is very good and easy to find. The room is spacious and great for 3 of us. We love the simple kitchen and washing machine that we can use. The hotel staff is very accommodating. However, we got some hiccups during check in. When we book the room, we have already mentioned 3 persons to stay at each room, however, we have to pay extra money for the 3rd person. There is nothing much we can do so we surrendered.

Everything looks new, good and clean. It provides in room FOC washer ans dryer. It might not be good for those with elderly because it is required a distance of walk from the more convenient train station. Unless you go for more expensive train.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's located right next to Kappabashi Tool Street, so it's the best location for those who want to stroll around Tool Street! My mother and I stayed in the family room, so it was very spacious and nice. We could see the Skytree from the window. There was a raised tatami space, but there was a dining table large enough for 4-5 people, and the sofa was also comfortable, so we mainly used that. The room also had a kitchen, and was fully equipped with cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, etc. Kitchen paper and plastic wrap were also provided, so it seemed like a good place for long-term stays. There was a Balmuda toaster, so it was nice to be able to buy bread from the bakery and bake it to eat. It was also nice that the bathroom and toilet were separated. There was a drum-type washing machine in the bathroom, and although it took a while, it could be automatically dried. There was also a single-use supply of detergent! Amenities were available in front of the front desk on the first floor, and there was also a machine where you could set capsules to make tea and coffee, which you could drink several times during your stay. I thought it was much easier than boiling water and brewing coffee at home. There was a little bit of small debris in the room (lint or hair), but I don't think it's a problem unless you're overly picky.

The service staff is very friendly. It was my first time to Disneyland. I visited the land and sea parks at the same time and stayed for three days at the same time. Although it is outside the park, it is only a 3-minute walk to the Disney Monorail Station. There is also a shuttle bus on the 1st floor, which is very convenient.

It only takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sensoji Temple. Lawson, 7-11, and family are not far away, and the distance is also quite close! The coffee on the first floor of the hotel is delicious, and the front desk is also very enthusiastic! It's just that the quality of the hotel's slippers is too poor! They are worn out every day...😂 Every time I go to the front desk to ask for slippers, I feel a little embarrassed~haha

The room has a kitchen, a supermarket is very close, three beds, and you can see the Tokyo Skytree! Quite comfortable!

The room was much better than expected, very suitable for family and children. The room is fully equipped with cooking facilities, microwave oven, washing machine, very convenient. Turn left and there is Lawson, which is cheaper than other convenience stores. Turn right and cross the road to Sensoji Pedestrian Street. Brothers who smoke can turn left and walk 200 meters to the smoking area downstairs of the hotel.

The hotel apartment has an electronic stove and kitchenware for cooking. The room has 2 large beds and 2 sofa beds, suitable for a family of three or four. It is about 10 minutes walk to Sensoji Temple or the subway.

There is no room service, and the garbage is placed outside by yourself. Anyway, I don't need any room service, so it doesn't affect it? Everything else is good! The surrounding area is convenient, very good, and cost-effective!

The room is larger than the average hotel, not facing the street, relatively quiet, generally no door-to-door cleaning, the linens that need to be changed are placed at the door and the waiter will change them. There are induction cookers, ovens, refrigerators and freezers, and washing and drying machines, which are very convenient. There is a Lawson supermarket 2 minutes walk downstairs, and a 711 a little further away, just go straight to the main intersection. The only drawback is that it is far from the subway station entrances, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk.

There are two subway exits nearby but on different lines. Go straight when you get out of the subway, walk to a hotel (can't remember the name), turn left and go straight for 300 meters to reach the KOKO Hotel. You can go to Sensoji Temple on the left side with your back to the hotel, and there is Yiran Ramen on the way. Turn your back to the hotel and walk straight to the right to reach Ueno Park and the National Museum. Through Ueno Park, you will find the University of Tokyo. The location is pretty good. It takes about ten minutes to take the Airport Line to the subway entrance next to the Komagata Hotel (Picture 3). Picture 2 shows the fare from the subway to Narita Airport. I was in a hurry and took a taxi from KOKO to the Komagata Hotel, which took five or six minutes and cost 70 yuan (Japanese taxis are really expensive all over the world, so they are really not covered).
