The hotel us lovely and in an excellent location-very close to Termina at the train station and Parco Mall in Konshicho.The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with anything you need.While the room is a bit small,it is very clean and more than enough for a solo traveler. I highly recommend this hotel!Overall, it was an excellent stay and having so many restaurants and convenience stores right downstairs made it more convenient.😍😍

Would definitely stay again! It's within walking distance to the subway, bus stops, shops, and great food spots – absolutely fantastic!

Very happy with my stay at this hotel. Their location is fabulous. I wanted to stay in the Sumida area and this hotel offered the right price and location. Just 3mins walk from Kinshicho JR and metro station. Just 3 stations by JR train and you are in Tokyo Station. Airport bus station is nearby too. For shopping, there are Termina (at JR station), Seiyu (with Muji and Toho Cinema) and Marui (where you can get delightful local snacks). Many 7-11, Family Mart and local restaurants around the hotel. Hotel service is great- check in/check out is seamless using the machine, free amenities such as bath salt, coffee/tea, comb, face mask at level 1. Level 2 has microwave oven, laundry machine and ice machine. I stayed on the 14th floor (got a free upgrade) and the room is nice and quiet. Room is pretty compact so it is just nice for a single person. Water is direct from the tap so it is very convenient. Overall, I had a great stay and will stay again next time I'm in Tokyo!

Small but very valued. Air conditioning stronger than any other hotels. Tiny and comfortable.

Hotel is conveniently located, 3-5 minutes walk to train station or bus stops, and is surrounded by convenience stores, shopping malls and good places to eat. Room size was average, cozy, clean and well kept. Complimentary amenities are provided at the lobby. Breakfast buffet was decent and had a good variety. Staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Thank you so much to the staff for going above and beyond to write a birthday card to my friend who celebrated her birthday. Knowing you made that extra effort to make her day special really made our day. Highly recommended and we will surely come back.

The hotel is super close to Kinshicho Station, just a 200-meter walk, and surrounded by tons of shops, making it incredibly convenient for shopping. The room was small but very clean, and breakfast was decent, though a bit pricey.

The hotel is about 100 meters from Kinshicho subway station, making transportation very convenient. The environment is excellent. Breakfast was a bit average, and the space isn't huge, but there's enough room to open a large suitcase. There's also a massive supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for shopping.

Although the hotel is small, it's quite clean and well-equipped. Room cleaning is done every three days. Breakfast costs 1500 JPY per person, and it's a generous buffet with a good variety of dishes. The hotel is also conveniently located close to Kinshicho subway station, making transportation easy.

Approx 4 mins walk from Kinshicho. I love this station because it connects you to city center with multiple lines within 10-15mins. Around the area, there’s multiple food (although there’s some sketchy people holding out signs to bring you to their drinking bars) There’s a smoking booth at level 1, convenient for smokers. We had the smoking room but used the smoking booth as the windows in the room can’t be open for ventilation. The room was very small, barely enough to open our large suitcases. The amenities however were fully stocked in level 1. Breakfast was ¥1500 per person. We only paid for one day to try it out. The food was not bad nothing to rave about (you can find cheaper alternatives for breakfast outside) There’s also vending machine, ice machine and laundry. Note that for laundry there’s only 3 washers and 2 dryers. Do go early to wash to avoid waiting as it’s on 30mins cycle and multiple people were using it.

It's very close to the subway station with lots of food options nearby, and it's quiet at night. I'd probably stay here again next time. It's about a three-minute walk to the subway, though the only downside is that all Toei subway lines require transfers, and there's only one Hanzomon Line.

Overall, it's pretty standard, but the location is excellent, right next to the tram station. It's suitable for both leisure and business travelers. If you're on a shopping trip, it's convenient too. There aren't many services; it's really just a place to sleep. Great value for money.

The room is small, but it's a great value for money and the location is excellent. You can take the Sobu Line directly to Narita Airport for only 1342 yen.

The room was small but well-arranged, making it feel quite comfortable. The bathroom was fine for one person. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the breakfast quality was good; though not many varieties, it was sufficient, especially since it wasn't expensive. There's a good selection of small amenities available for self-service on the first floor, but the toothbrush was too hard for my liking, so I'd recommend bringing your own. The surrounding area has convenient dining and shopping options, and the nearby station offers easy transportation, with a direct bus to Narita for 1340 yen.
