The interior was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious except for the bed. The TV was clean and it was nice to be able to watch YouTube etc. Personally, I thought it was great to be able to watch TV from the bathtub.

Very nice hotel, close to metro and nice size room. Very cute residential area. My only dislike was the pillow, it was a bit uncomfortable, otherwise good.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff are warm and helpful. It is close to train station, they have a restaurant which offers affordable but delicious food. A good hotel for a good price at the Koto area.

I enjoyed this stay so much! It is about five minutes walking to the nearest subway station and then about 25 minutes to Tokyo station. The staff, the facility, and amenities are great! They have everything you need. But I have to highlight their service. We were able to communicate via a translation app and they did everything to help me with my stay. I also had a trip to within Japan get cancelled so I needed a hotel for two more nights. I looked online and it said they were all sold out but when I inquired at the front desk, they were able to accommodate me the two extra nights. Not only is everything clean, the location is good, and the staff exceptional, the price is really good too! I wish I could’ve stayed there longer! But I hope the next time I’m in Tokyo, I’ll be able to stay here again!

It was a very clean and nice hotel. The breakfast was good and delicious. I personally felt it was a little dry.

The towels were smelly, there was nothing around, and I had to walk 400 meters from the station.
