Perfect cleanliness, excellent breakfast and dinner, friendly staff, convenient location.

The location is not far from the subway station, so it's very convenient for transportation. It's also very quiet.

An unexpected gem! I honestly thought for this price point it would be pretty average, but the hotel's environment was fantastic. Too bad I only stayed one night.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Thanks to front desk Matsuki-san for being so helpful and friendly. Only feedback is if they have coin exchange machine on the 5th floor for laundry.

Overall is good but the room is too small. If the staffs can speak English, it will be helpful, otherwise it's very difficult for guests to communicate with them.

The room was excellent, and I've stayed here three times before. My only minor complaint is that they only provide one complimentary bottle of water per day, and they wouldn't give me more even when I asked, which was quite awkward. I hope this is something they can improve.

The hotel was very clean, and not very far from the Minami-sunamachi station. The room was a little small, but still within japanese standards. The staff was very polite and helpful.
