Everything is excellent. will repeat if i come here again. halal food just 500m walking distance. Infront of Tianfu square. Very near to metro. And receptionist 11 very friendly. and free luggage storage.

I would like to give a huge compliment to the staff and reception team at Hazens Hotel Chengdu. From the moment we arrived, they took excellent care of us. Our first room was not suitable for my wife due to breathing discomfort, and they changed it immediately. The second room had a shower flooding issue, and once again they quickly arranged another room for us without any hesitation. Their kindness, professionalism, and patience were truly impressive. They made us feel like we were staying at home, not just in a hotel. I honestly rate their service 100/10 super helpful and very thoughtful. The location is also perfect close to IFS Mall , Tianfu Mall, and the subway station. We are so happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Chengdu.22-77

99 this hotel is located in Tampa square there is a subway station downstairs the whole place is quite good and they offer free luggage storage it's really excellent

Hotel is located in a commerical building with a few other hotels. When enter this hotel, the lobby is nice and cosy. Front counter staff is friendly and helpful especially 小邓, she is very helpful and reply almost immediately when texted. Give her a 赞 ！Price value is very good especially when it comes with breakfast. Will book this hotel again if I come back in Chengdu.

The hotel offers free parking, which is very convenient. Chengdu was a lot of fun, and it was super easy to get to Chongqing from here. Getting around in general was great. There are plenty of food options on the 99-33 street below. Free bottled water and a very clean restroom too!

The hotel wasn't expensive and felt quite comfortable. The front desk staff, XX and LL, were also very friendly. I'd consider coming back next time because it's good value for money. The only minor drawback is that the hairdryer could be of better quality for guests.
