Exceeded expectations!

It's a proper resort with a full list of activities a big restaurant serving local and international options for breakfast. Expect the biggest bed and room you've seen in Asia.

1. There are many free DIY activities in the museum, but when I checked in on 2/15, several activities were different from what was scheduled. The staff also said that the only difference was the balcony. When we arrived that day, we were assigned to a room on the second floor, all of which had no balcony. I called the front desk and they kept telling me that they would assign room types based on the order of check-in and reservation on the booking website (I really couldn't find where it was written), and that all the rooms with balconies were sold out that day, and that we had booked this week so we would be assigned this room type... Later, because we still couldn't accept that the actual room we booked was different from what we actually had, after a series of communications, we were given a double room with a balcony without paying any extra money.

The hotel has a hollow design, and the natural light from the roof falls into the restaurant. The facilities are very dilapidated, the location is remote, the water pipes are all hot spring water, which has a peculiar smell, the sound insulation of the rooms is poor, and the parking space is not enough. Overall, I will not come again.
