Allowed us to check in early, which was a bonus. Breakfast was good but not worth £15, so glad we paid a discount price booking through Trip.com. We chose Holiday Inn over Premier Inn, which are opposite each other, because of the provision of twin beds. We would definitely stay here again.

Great reception staff. The last time we went to the hotel there’s a swimming pool which is now closed down which was it a little disappointing. The breakfast was excellent and the room is clean and modern.

Very nice experience, everyone friendly. Rooms looked newly renovated and clean. Only downside was the pool and sauna was closed down and no longer available, trip photos show pool and spa but be warned this is now close for the foreseeable future.

Great location for me, room was clean and modern, I will definitely stay there again.

The room on the lower floor without lift and air conditioning, which is not good enough.

One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Room was a little dated but clean and quiet.

A hotel worth recommending. Close to the highway. Purely. Nice service. A restaurant with good food. Large parking lot. Buffet breakfast. The rooms include towels, a board, an iron, a hairdryer, air conditioning, a fridge, TV, WiFi, and a very comfortable bed.

The location is very convenient. We arrived at London Heathrow Airport in the evening and then took the bus to York. This location takes about 3 hours from London. It is very convenient to have a rest and sleep next to the highway and then drive up in the morning. The hotel environment is very good, clean, free parking, breakfast is OK, and the price is very attractive.
