Equarius Ocean Suites is by far one of the most luxurious hotel stays my wife and I have enjoyed. I took the opportunity to propose to my wife in front of the majestic aquarium view of fishes right inside our room. I was honored to be able to get great support from the hotel manager and his team to prepare the decorations and ensure the smooth execution of my plans. We were also assigned to butlers who provided pleasant buggy rides to and fro the RWS forum. At the end of my stay, I needn't check out at the service counter as I had no outstanding payment, and a butler rode us all the way to Hotel Michael. Service was impeccable... every staff was so friendly! Room was spacious and nice. Thankfully we can hop to Hard Rock hotel for breakfast buffet as we didnt like set breakfast at Equarius. Sadly, we cant do the same for the pool. Equarius pool view is nice but a lot of mosquitoes and the pool at Hard Rock will be more suitable for families with kids. My kids were bored cos nothing much to play at the pool. We tried asking if we can hop over to Hard Rock's pool. Hard Rock's reception says if Equarius allow, we can but when we asked Equarius, the reception said no.

Thank you very much Rinny and Ronald. The best concierge team at Ora Hotel was very kind to help us carry our luggage and guide us to the beach. We were happy and we really liked the room with a pool view but it was a bit noisy because of the room. Construction is underway. We will come back again next time though! All the staff are friendly and I love the food and drinks in the lobby, very convenient. I was really surprised that there are many restaurants that are closed here. It is difficult for me and my family to find food to eat. However, I enjoyed my whole holiday and I loved the service and facilities here. I will share my best holiday with my friends.

First time trying this hotel for a staycation with my gf.. the location is great with alot of nice food choices around and while room in itself is pretty big and nice, my main issue is that the aircon seems to be stuck at 24.5 degrees the whole night and cannot be adjusted which made the whole stay rather uncomfortable and pretty hot. The pillows are also not really that comfortable as well. If the aircon issue was better and the room wasn't as hot the whole night, it would have been alot better. as it stand, there are probably better choices for this price range so I probably wouldn't be keen to come back again which is kinda a bummer cos the location is good and the room is pretty nice at the end..

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

I came for Taylor's concert in March 2024. Room's price so exspensive. But it's okay. The hotel is beautiful, small, clean. Viewing the lower floors will not show gaps. But overall it's bright, airy, not too old. Staff so friendly, quick process at all. Location is far from the center so travel takes a while. However, it's close to Vivo city so you can easily take the MRT train or bus. The equipment is complete and clean, although not too new. Toilet spray is a plus point. Soundproofing is not too good. Location is fantastic. However, I'm not sure about the sound proof. First time in all my staycation, I received call from the reception counter citing my level guests complained that my room is noisy! I'm like... Oh! So sorry, my TV might got a little too loud will tune down the volume.... ... I was very disturbed by the complaint. Earlier on, I dunno which guests bang some doors and there's also knocking of the doors... I peep through the eye viewer, no one was out there. I'm sure my Netflix is not as loud. Unfortunately, no one investigated it, it's okie all I stayed was 1 night, let all the blame be on me then! (Yes, I'm passive aggressive). If the complaint is true, then it just proof that their soundproofing is real real real bad. I'm just watching Netflix with my husband (2 pax in the small room with an AIWA TV) the volume is just at norm level.

I am impressed with Far East's business plan to brand Oasia Sentosa resort as a place for people to refresh, restore and relax. Guests can join the programmes at the resort such as aqua zumba, morning qigong, evening yoga and workshops. The hotel lobby has a nice scent and the signature massage at Oasia Spa make my tensed muscle relax. The close proximity to Palawan beach and Imbiah Station makes it convenient to explore the island. I would come back for another spa & stay.

It’s actually more like a chalet than hotel for it’s no frills accommodation and amenities. But I really appreciated it’s green design in a natural setting, and it’s convenient location. The pool was a delight, different from most hotel pools, even had a warm jacuzzi and slides, yet felt like we’re in nature with a real waterfall! Breakfast though simple was good enough. They even had lion dance performance whilst we dined!

I booked Village hotel Sentosa for the 1st time during easter weekend and my bday celebration. I wrote in ahead of time to request for a sea view room as I wanted to make my bday staycation memorable. The check in was fast and smooth even though there were many guests for that long weekend. They had free popcorn for guests at the lobby. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary breakfast for 2 for the next day. Our room was the standard type and I didn't book with breakfast. So it was really a nice treat. Our room was at 5th floor with view of the pool and the sea. Room and view was really great. Then staff, Ethel, came by with 2 balloons, box of cakes and bday card. It was totally unexpected! Really appreciate the gesture. The room has modern amenities and really loved the automated toilet like the ones in Japan. There were several pools and we really had a great time there. Location was great and can easily walk to Imbiah station and Beach station. Hotel also provides free shuttle to Vivocity. Will definitely book this hotel again for its excellent service and amenities.

Highly recommend. Opened right before Covid. Only 40 rooms. It is a boutique hotel. It has past history and old world charm. Peacock walking around the pool What a jewl ! First floor rooms step out directly to swimming pool. On the second floor, some has room stairs go directly to swimming pool as well. The service is so good. Worth coming back.
