Resorts World Sentosa - Hotel Ora

I accidentally short-circuited an outlet, but I contacted the front desk, and maintenance came right away to fix it. It was restored very quickly. When my family arrived later, the front desk kindly explained how to issue new key cards for them, which was very helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of international dishes and was delicious. The amenities provided everything I needed, making for a pleasant stay.

Compared to Mandarin Oriental, Marina Bay, the Chinese-speaking service here is decent, at least at the front desk. I have to give a shout-out to the driver who helped us arrange a taxi; he was very polite and even helped us with our numerous bags. Unfortunately, we ended up with an unreliable taxi driver. The car arranged by the hotel staff showed a fare of around 29.5 to the Mandarin Oriental on the app, but it ended up being about 32. When it came to paying, the driver claimed he had no change and just took 40. Do you really believe someone doing this job wouldn't have change? It completely wasted the effort of the staff who specifically used points to get us a cheaper ride. The hotel environment is just average, livable, and the transportation is pretty good, so it's a decent place to stay.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk via an indoor connector to Universal Studios, S.E.A. Aquarium, Adventure Cove Waterpark, the Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience, and the MRT station. The staff were all really warm and helpful, with excellent service. Both of our rooms came with complimentary minibar drinks and mineral water, so we didn't need to buy anything outside. There was also a free water dispenser and ice machine in the hallway. It was super convenient to take the MRT two stops to watch the Wings of Time show and visit Palawan Beach, the southernmost point of mainland Asia, and only one stop to enjoy the Luge ride. The breakfast spread was very generous. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth recommending!

Great location and delicious food 🤤. The double sinks in the bathroom are a huge plus, no fighting for space! 😎 My only two minor gripes are: ❶ The hot water wasn't very hot, it was just lukewarm. ❷ The soundproofing wasn't great, but it was still quiet enough to sleep 💤.

The location is great, very convenient for getting around, and the free extra bed was comfortable. The room isn't huge and the facilities are basic, but we were out and about most of the time anyway, so it wasn't a big deal.

Had a really comfortable stay at Oasia Resort Sentosa this time around. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the S.E.A. Aquarium and Universal Studios. The breakfast was quite tasty too; my husband even declared their Kaya Toast the best he's had on this trip! Not sure if he's biased, but it was genuinely good.

I want to give a special shout-out to the front desk management team at the Orui Hotel! Their commitment and ability to handle guest requests completely outperform the Ctrip platform! When Ctrip asked me to choose between a twin bed or a king bed during booking, I selected twin beds and therefore didn't add a special note. Ctrip, however, failed to communicate this room type preference to the hotel, which resulted in only a king bed being available at check-in. When I contacted Ctrip, they told me to negotiate with the hotel and pay extra for an additional bed. But after calling the front desk, they immediately arranged for staff to deliver and install a bed for us on the spot. This made our three-day trip absolutely perfect! Many thanks again to the hotel's excellent management! I will definitely be back!

The room is spacious and comfortable, with a pleasant air conditioning temperature. The surrounding environment is lovely, and it's close to all the attractions.

If there were 10 stars, I'd give it 10 stars! The location is absolutely fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Universal Studios and Resorts World MRT station. Plus, you go through a covered walkway and mall, so bad weather isn't a concern at all. The room was quite spacious; we added an extra bed and it didn't feel cramped. The double sinks were super convenient for getting ready in the morning and evening. The room was clean and tidy! The minibar was completely free, and everything was replenished immediately the next day after we'd used it. The service was warm and personalized; they even offered to add the extra bed proactively. Our whole family absolutely loved this hotel!
