Oasia Resort Sentosa by Far East Hospitality

Our recent stay at Oasia Resort Sentosa was highly enjoyable, offering both comfort and excellent convenience. A special mention goes to Devi at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and highly accommodating, facilitating an efficient check-in despite our early arrival. The room was very spacious, well-maintained, and featured an amazing bathroom design. Our room was located on the second floor, however, please note that it did not offer a view as the windows were tinted. The hotel’s proximity to Imbiah Station and the cable car station made commuting around the island effortless. Having a KFC, Starbucks, and a 7-Eleven located just a short walk away was incredibly convenient for quick dining and daily essentials.

The front desk staff were very polite and efficiently fulfilled all our requests, but the stay was let down by room maintenance and housekeeping. The bathroom tap shuts off way too quickly, and even though maintenance tried to fix it, the problem returned. Additionally, the toilet layout traps odors because the ventilation fan is located outside the inner door. Housekeeping was also quite inconsistent, cleaning our room only once during our entire stay despite us requesting makeup service daily. Lastly, breakfast at Bedrock downstairs would be much better if they offered a buffet spread instead of a fixed set menu.

Location is good if you wish to explore Sentosa. However, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Cleanliness is bad. Mould on ceiling and corner in the shower area. Room is quite old. Can feel creaks on the floor beneath the carpet. Design is so dated. We indicated that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Hotel did not acknowledge nor did anything for us. Just a very dated and tired place. I could not wait to get out.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff are also friendly! Overall space was very cozy! There was also a promo for the massage and the therapist was very skilled. Very good experience and I will definitely come back here!

Lily the housekeeper is very helpful and always attending to our needs during our stay we had a great time staying in Oasia hotel. Ms jay the receptionist also very attending to our request. My third time coming here greeted with clean room …

check in was a terrible experience with staff name johnathan. his customer service was literally 0, talking with sarcasm. apart from that, his other colleague donald’s customer service was outstanding. room’s cleanliness & location was okay.
