Spacious room and toilet. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Great view of cable cars from the balcony. Appreciate the simple honeymoon decor of balloons and towel heart swans that the hotel had prepared for us. Courteous service from front desk staff and housekeeping even came in the evening while we were outside to prepare the room for the night (bedroom slippers at bedside, dimmed lightings).

The hotel is great. Just the location is not very convenient as you have to take shuttle bus whenever you want to go to other location.

Environment: Quiet and natural, the balcony is fully sheltered from the rain, which is very pleasant ❤️ Service: The hotel's usher and front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and ready to answer any questions (though only some front desk staff speak Chinese). I was particularly impressed when Jitsin, the receptionist, explained the hotel shuttle bus. When I mentioned I wanted to go to Siloso Beach, he detailed the entire route for me. The hotel's breakfast is of excellent quality and the setting is beautiful!

Amazing hotel experience. Service and staff are great and friendly. Great for families that are looking to have a special adventure cove/oceanarium getaway staycation, the hotel has a special access for hotel guest. Amazing view. Definitely worth the stay. Highly recommended

The room is very spacious, perfect for families with kids. The pool is excellent, and the environment has a resort-like feel. The balcony directly faces the cable car line, offering beautiful views, making it ideal for relaxing there in the mornings and evenings. Overall, among the many Sentosa hotels I've stayed in, this one is very well-balanced in all aspects and worth multiple visits.
