The refrigerator and air conditioner in the room were broken, the pool is tiny for a hotel with so many rooms, however the staff's service was good

Rude, unfriendly staff, even the maids. misleading photos, the pool was tiny which was not shown in the photos. I went there the day before to check the reservation to make sure that there was indeed a 15-year-old child on the reservation, on the job I was told that the price did not change for the next day when I arrived I paid a surplus for an “additional” person, even though it was included in the reservation. Smell of humidity, Air conditioning not great. In short, a place to avoid.
