Echarm Properties in Shenzhen

Our stay was excellent, and I particularly want to commend the front desk staff. They were incredibly warm and patient. During our stay, we had many packages delivered to the hotel, and the front desk staff not only kept them safe but also helped us locate and organize them for easy pickup, which saved us a lot of hassle. The room was also clean and comfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, and a big thank you to the front desk for their help! 🥰

The room is consistent with the pictures, all are smart and convenient. The bedsheets are a bit dusty, I don't know if they haven't been changed or what, but they still feel a bit dirty. The service attitude of the front desk lady who checked in in the afternoon was not very good. The hotel facilities are relatively clean, and the breakfast is OK

The housekeeping auntie cleaned very thoroughly, and the overall quality of the stay was excellent. The hygiene was top-notch, and it was quiet at night, so no disturbances. The front desk was quick to respond and very warm and thoughtful. Overall, the experience was great, and I'll choose this place again next time I visit!
