Pullman Properties in Seoul

Honestly, this hotel was a big disappointment this time. First, they gave us a room directly facing the elevator. Then, that very night, we found at least 5 mosquitoes in the room, which pretty much confirms no one usually stays in this room, right? My child and parents were covered in bites. I went to the front desk with photos in the morning, but due to the language barrier, they just gave me a bottle of bug spray. Seriously, our first day in Seoul was completely ruined because we couldn't get any rest! Luckily, Trip.com's concierge later helped me resolve the issue, and only then could we finally settle in comfortably. After that, even though I clearly booked a room with breakfast and executive lounge access on Trip.com, they only allowed us to dine on the 18th floor. All in all, aside from the room having three beds, this hotel is really not suitable for family trips with children. I wouldn't recommend it for seniors either.

You just can't beat a brand-new hotel! The whole place has an apartment-style vibe, fully equipped with a large fridge and a microwave. A special shout-out to the handsome concierge—seeing that I arrived late, he kindly arranged a late check-out for me and proactively came over to help with my luggage as soon as I got out of the car. His English was fluent, and he even mentioned he had studied abroad in Shanghai, so he could speak some Chinese too. I was given a top-floor room overlooking downtown Seoul, and the view was incredible! The blackout curtains paired with the comfortable bed made for an amazing night's sleep. Location-wise, there’s a big shopping mall right downstairs, and the subway station is literally 20 meters from the door. It's a pity I only stayed for one night, but this place is without a doubt perfect for a staycation. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!
