Nine Tree Properties in Seoul

We had an exceptional stay at Nine Tree Premier Hotel Insadong by Parnas. The biggest highlight is its unbeatable central location everything you could possibly need is right at your doorstep. From shopping and great food options to easy access to buses and the subway, it truly doesn’t get more convenient than this. The hotel is modern, very clean, and well-maintained, making it perfect for a comfortable stay, especially when traveling with family. The vibrant Insadong area adds even more charm, with plenty to explore just by stepping out. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist, which made our experience seamless. While it’s not overly pricey, it offers excellent value for money and is absolutely worth what you pay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seoul!

Had a really good stay here. The hotel is about 5mins walk from Myeongdong Street, which was nice as it’s close enough to the action but still away from the crowds. The nearest subway station is only 2minsaway and has 2 lines, making it super convenient to get to places like Hongdae and Seongsu. The room was spacious and nicely renovated, and there’s also a convenience store right downstairs. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near Myeongdong!

The location was perfect. Right behind Myeongdong dumpling after getting off from the Airport bus, super easy to find. Price was reasonable. Size of the room was very good for solo traveler. (I got a wheel chair room so the bathroom was extra spacious. FYI, I didn't need a wheel chair) There are many power sockets in the room, especially near the bed. They got 12hrs free locker in the hotel, no need to ask stuff for storage after or before the check in. Even you need longer, you can try to nagotiate. I the locker room, there ware free coffee machine. There ware also microwave available in this room. The staff ware welcoming and very friendly and can speak multiple languages. Especially, Alex was trying to get to know my needs and try his best to fulfill my request. It was a bit special case but he was willing to help. I really appreciated his assist and understanding. It was my 2nd time staying here, and I will stay here again when I visit Seoul next time. Thank you Alex and Nine Tree by Parnas Seoul Myeongdong 1.

This hotel is near Dongdaemun subway station, about a 10-minute walk away. However, it's right by a subway entrance, which is great because rain or wind won't be an issue. The room was also very clean. Highly recommend! Plus, there's a ramen shop nearby and the 6001 airport bus stops right in front, making it super convenient to get to and from the airport.
