Overall simple hotel in Selcuk. The main story is about breakfast. It was different information in booking for me and hotel owner. He insisted several times that it’s not included in spite of showing not only booking with breakfast but the conversation with trip.com confirming that it’s with breakfast. I spent about an hour for such conversation with all counter parties. Finally at check out I was said that breakfast is always free in this hotel. I did not understand for what reason it was needed to insist about breakfast for several days in a row. We came here for the rest but not for business conversations. Overall it’s normal hotel for overnight.

The location is its selling point. I really like that you can just go around the tourist destinations hassle free.

I booked a single room for just over 200. The boss and the landlady were very warm and kind, and prepared breakfast carefully. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The most surprising thing for me is that it has a balcony, table and chairs. It is very comfortable to eat on the balcony at night and enjoy the evening breeze.

There is nothing worthwhile except the location. The room is simple and smelly, and I don't want to stay here longer. The Korean restaurant nearby is delicious.

To any who are looking into staying here please consider this review. We booked for one night and upon arriving our Google maps said that the hotel was permanently closed. We showed up and it felt this way. All of the lights in the hotel were turned off and it had an abandoned feel. We got into the room and the pictures provided on the website looked like a modern version of the room taken maybe 5-10 years ago. The reality of the room was dirty carpets, old quilts on the bed and musty/smokey smell. We turned the shower on and the shower head fell apart. We didn't hesitate to leave. Upon leaving a couple of the staff seemed to be gutting the hotel, throwing planks of wood (cabinets/shelves) into a pile outside of the hotel. As of February 2024 I do not recommend this stay.

Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel location is great. Staff personnel is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

You get what you pay for. This is a budget accommodation so it was fine for what we paid for it. Pros: - The staff was kind and attentive during our stay. - They were kind enough to let them to let us use the hotel kitchen to warm up a meal we had leftover from the previous night. - There is street and off street parking available if you are coming via car which was also nice. - The hotel overall and room was clean which was nice. You will need to climb stairs to reach your room which was not a problem for us but may be for those who are not as mobile. The insulation is not great which made the room extremely drafty. During our stay, it was extremely windy and rainy and cold. As a result, the air conditioner never stopped running and because it was an older unit, it was quite loud and would often wake me up. This may be an issue for those who are light sleepers like me. Speaking of, the hotel is on the main road that runs through Selcuk. The traffic can get loud at times and as a result of the aforementioned poor insulation, you will hear that traffic in your room (especially if your room faces the street like ours did during our stay).

While the ad was better than the reality, this was a good place to stay while visiting all that Selçuk and the surrounding area has to offer.

Clean hotel centrally located, Mesut the owner is an amazing host and did his best to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was good, spacious room, good bathroom, good air-condition. Everything was great.

The manager was amazing, very helpful, knowledgable about the area and incredibly nice. The hotel is renovated and very clean. Location is more than pefect, close to Effesus and Kusadasi.

After finishing our Pamukkale holiday, we thought of staying in Selçuk for 1 night to visit Ephesus and Şirince. Mesut, the manager of the hotel, which we found by chance on Google, was very helpful to us. He made us feel at home. This is a stylish, spotlessly clean boutique hotel in the center of Selçuk, consisting of 30 rooms. Since it has just started to provide service, the beds, sheets and towels are all very new. It is located very close to Ephesus, the House of Virgin Mary, Şirince and Kuşadası. So, you can stay here peacefully and in the comfort of your own home, without getting into the chaos of Kuşadası.

The room was clean, with a view, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helped us immediately with small problems, thank you.

The welcome was very good, they helped us in every way. The hotel is in the city center, within walking distance to everywhere. Cleanliness is important to us. The rooms were clean and spacious, above our expectations. We had a good experience. Thank you
