The highlight is definitely the bar on the 7th floor rooftop – the location is fantastic. The hotel's location is good, it's just that the facilities are a bit old; the kettle was broken, the air conditioning was hard to control, and the safe was outdated. However, overall it's still pretty good. Also, a friendly reminder: when you're out and about in Athens, make sure to keep a close eye on your belongings. The pickpocketing here is incredibly skilled, and the police station only provides receipts without actually resolving any issues.

Electra Metropolis Hotel is a modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. However, the shower fixtures and sink faucets are poorly designed and inconvenient to use. The hangers are also fixed inside the closet, which is very impractical. The hotel's location near Syntagma Square is convenient, only about a 300-meter walk from the X95 airport bus stop. There are many restaurants nearby, but the food is generally mediocre and overpriced. For authentic and delicious local cuisine, you'll need to venture to areas with fewer tourists. The hotel staff provided excellent service; they promptly informed me about my flight cancellation due to weather. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Ctrip customer service for their superb assistance in communicating with the hotel and helping me avoid unnecessary losses.

The hotel's location is superb. It's about a 5-minute walk from Syntagma metro station, the X95 airport bus stop, and the X80 bus stop for the cruise terminal. Downstairs, you're right in the heart of the bustling city center, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. You can also walk to the main attractions. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was enough space for two large suitcases. The air conditioning was strong and adjustable, and the shower had good water pressure. However, the bathroom was quite small, making it a bit cramped to move around. The breakfast buffet was just average, offering coffee, juice, a few pastries, and basic items like eggs, sausages, and bacon.

Highly recommend Pan Hotel for the central location and service. Easy walking distance to most iconic sights in Athens. The buffet breakfast served by the hard working lovely lady Eliza was amazing. Eliza looked after us each morning during our stay, she is such a nice lady. What a great experience for me and my family. The staff at the front desk looked after our luggage securely while we waited for the check-in time and while we walked around town for the day after checking out. La habitación muy cómoda y amplia . El baño también. La cama y las almohadas , muy cómodas. Nos dejaban café y te para poder preparar en la habitación. La recepción es pequeña y sencilla, por lo que uno podría pensar que no eligió correctamente , pero las habitaciones están muy bien , y el servicio es muy bueno Hay un bar abajo que tiene música y mucho movimiento hasta tarde , pero realmente no nos molesto en absoluto para dormir. Una de las mejores cosas es la ubicacion , se llega caminando no amas de 10 minutos a todos los lugares de interés. El barrio es muy agradable con muchas opciones para comer y hacer compras

This hotel has a great location, nice rooms, excellent service, and a fantastic breakfast. I highly recommend this choice. Location: Take the X95 bus from the airport to Syntagma Square (€4.50), which is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is also within a 20-minute walk of most attractions, including the Acropolis, the old streets, and the Olympic Stadium. Luxury shops and Greece's best shopping malls are just a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast: A set menu. You only need to specify how you want your eggs cooked. Everything else, including bread, yogurt, fruit, and a drink, is provided. We chose coffee and orange juice. The yogurt was incredibly thick and delicious with honey. Reserve at least half an hour for breakfast to start the day feeling refreshed. Room: The layout is very well-designed, easily accommodating two suitcases. The double bed is about 1.8 meters long and the bedding is comfortable, considered large for Europe. As the hotel is new, the room was also fresh and clean. A large bottle of water was provided on the first day, while smaller bottles, like milk cartons, were refilled on the second day. More is available upon request. There is also a kettle in the room.

A secret gem in the heart of the shopping centre! The location is perfect, and they offer all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel. The room was beautiful, just like the photos, and clean. While the reception area is small and the receptionist was a bit hard to find, getting into the room was easy. Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

First off, the location is fantastic – just 300 meters from Syntagma Square, and several major attractions are within walking distance! Right outside is a bustling commercial street, and it feels very safe. We stayed a total of four nights in two separate stays (the first two nights with my wife and kids in a connecting room, then three days on an island, and the last two nights I stayed alone in a king-size room after my wife and kids returned home). The M3 metro from Syntagma Square makes getting to and from the airport super convenient (we traveled to and from Athens airport multiple times for trips to Santorini, Crete, etc.). The only hiccup was this morning (the 28th) when I went to the airport, the M3 was on strike, so I had to quickly take a taxi! Secondly, the bedding and facilities were clean. Thirdly, the breakfast terrace offers unbeatable views, looking right out at the Acropolis, and the service is great – the front desk staff are very nice! The main area for improvement is that there's nowhere to hang towels or clothes in the shower room (I already mentioned this to the front desk guy). Hopefully, that will change by my next visit!

Location is great, about 200 meters from the bus stop to the airport in Syntagma Square, my room is on the right end of the 3 rooms (named gamma) The room is also large and clean and the Parthenon Temple is on the right end of the big window I saw it. It sings the name of the hotel, but the staff is not resident because it rents a room. If you can speak English and solve problems on your own, it is an environment that you can enjoy at a reasonable price. Improving hope points It says that you will contact the facility in advance, but the contact number is only a phone number. There is no WhatsApp, so there is a concern about the phone bill. It is difficult to connect to the phone. It is too late to notify the route details to the room and the password to open the key box by email at 12 o'clock on the day. I want a map with a photo because it is too difficult to understand the location even if I read the email. (I took care of the police officer on the street twice and finally put it in the room) The safety box was bad and the sound was noisy, and the next morning, the representative came to open, but it was blamed that he did not come on time or read the procedure properly. There are two types of air conditioner operation panel cracks and electricity that is not turned on ”I was told by the hotel to get taxes, so please leave it.” The letter was placed a few hours before check-out, and I didn't know the amount and didn't have cash, so I emailed him what to do, but there was no answer.
