This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is apartment-style, and the amenities are incredibly comprehensive – fridge, TV, hairdryer, you name it, they have everything you need for daily life. The room service staff were super friendly and knew just how to respect our space; they'd only gently remind us in the afternoon, never disturbing our rest early in the morning. They also regularly helped with trash removal. Their service was meticulous and thoughtful, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend!

The lobby is clean, spacious, and impressive. The staff are welcoming and the ladies at the front desk processed our check-in super fast. It's a 15-minute taxi ride to the Canton Fair complex, and just a 3-minute walk to the subway station, which makes returning after the exhibition incredibly convenient. There are also several Cantonese dim sum restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was spotless, giving a real sense of comfort, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly – I'd fall asleep the moment I hit the bed after a long day at the exhibition. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with plenty of hot water and a stable temperature. There are multiple USB charging ports in the room, and complimentary bottled water is provided. Plus, there's a parking lot right downstairs, so it's hassle-free if you're driving. Very convenient for getting around!

I came to Guangzhou for the Canton Fair and decided to explore a bit. This hotel is perfectly located between Chigang and Kecun subway stations, which is super convenient. There are tons of great local eateries near Kecun station, perfect for trying Guangzhou's famous street food. The front desk staff were excellent, very helpful, and even assisted me with my luggage. The room facilities were great, and everything was spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a fantastic night's sleep. The service here is top-notch, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The location is great. It's near or beside Canton Tower. The staff are polite and helpful. They upgraded our room. The room is clean, as are the toilet and bath with complete amenities. They have free flow at night and can store your luggage. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again if we go back to Guangzhou.

I stayed at the Guangzhou Lingyue Residence (Canton Tower Pazhou Exhibition Center branch) for six nights, and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Canton Tower and Pazhou Exhibition Center, making travel convenient. I booked a LOFT-style studio apartment. Upstairs, there were two beds (one 1.8m and one 1.5m), offering ample space. The wardrobe and storage space were incredibly generous, enough to hang all the clothes for a family of three for a seven-day trip, which is a thoughtful touch for families. The downstairs lounge area had a projector screen, which was great for watching movies without eye strain, very family-friendly for those with children. Several details also showed thoughtful design: the dining table came with three chairs, and the bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation. The mini-fridge was practical and satisfying. Of course, I do have a few minor suggestions for the hotel to consider for further improvement: * It would be great if check-out time could be extended to 2 PM. * If the dining table could have an additional chair, or perhaps a booster seat for children, it would make wash-up times more convenient. * I recommend adding screens to the windows to prevent mosquitoes. * The quality of the cotton swabs and razors provided in the room could be improved. If these amenities are offered, they should be good quality; otherwise, they feel a bit like an afterthought. However, these are minor issues that don't detract from an otherwise excellent stay. What truly impressed me, and even made me fall in love with Guangzhou, were the people at this hotel. From the staff to the concierges, everyone was polite, attentive, and provided thoughtful service, making me feel truly at home. While the hotel's facilities are the hardware, this human touch is the most precious software. I'd love to stay here again if I have the chance.

The location was easy to find, very close to the subway station. The service was warm and thoughtful, with great attention to detail. It was super value for money, and my stay was very comfortable. ”I've been staying at this Lanting Hotel for five nights in a row. Because of an exhibition setup, I've been leaving early and returning late, often until 2 AM. My motivation for extending my stay is very simple: the receptionist recognizes my floor and room number every day and nods in greeting. I especially want to praise the cleanliness: I once carelessly hung my particularly dusty black trousers next to the wardrobe, and the cleaning lady didn't move my belongings but instead laid them flat on the dust bag inside her blanket. The floor and the sides of the bed are wiped so clean you can see your reflection in them every day. Although the facilities aren't new, the mattress is really comfortable. When I checked out, they meticulously handled the difference in the group-buying discount for me; I give them high marks for their honest and straightforward approach.”

This package booked through Ctrip was particularly satisfying, thank you Ctrip and thank you Langham Hotel! 🌹 When I checked in yesterday afternoon, I requested to switch from a king-size bed room to a twin room. Since it was the Qingming Festival holiday, there were many guests, and twin rooms were already fully booked. Ady at the front desk was very thoughtful and upgraded me to a suite, which also faced south. I could perfectly see the red Xingguang Bridge and the Guangdong Science Center in the university town – absolutely delightful! The room even had two bathrooms, which was incredibly convenient for two people. The next morning, I used the swimming pool and changing rooms. I was pleasantly surprised to find that in addition to the usual sauna and steam room, there was also a hot spring bath, which was incredibly relaxing. They also thoughtfully provided a swimsuit spinner and disposable bags for wet clothes. The swimming pool itself was spacious and the water was very clean, clearly well-maintained. The bedroom had a Bluetooth speaker, which easily connected to my phone to play music. Even though the hotel opened in 2013, making it 13 years old now, and doesn't have all the flashy features of newly built hotels, the years of meticulous service really shine through, offering just the right amount of thoughtful care. From the hotel, you can walk to the Exhibition Center and take the sightseeing tram to Nanfeng Station, where the Tencent building is located. This is the best spot to watch the sunset. One more stop further is Party Pier (Pa Di), which has many options for drinks and dinner.

The hotel room was exceptionally clean, with spotless, pure white sheets. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the subway and intercity train, making it super convenient for getting to the airport and shopping districts.
