Location is very good. It is close to copacabana beach and subway station. However the male receptions are not friendly. They should smile at the guests.

This is a worst stay. The hotel is dirty and roaches everywhere in the room. Bed sheet looks so unwashed and the room looks so small. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The owner of this hotel need to do a xomplete renovation and hire clean anc capable cleaners that will ensure that rooms are well cleaned.

Very, very poor, even if the hardware facilities are old, the hygiene is also worrying, the shower curtain is moldy, and the corners of the sink are dirty. When I came back from outside, I found that the suitcase was full of ants, and there were also a lot of ants on the computer and bed. The staff's efficiency is very low and the restaurant environment is mediocre. You can't get a refund after check-out, otherwise I wouldn't have paid 3600 for a five-night stay.

Employees with a frown, grumpy, unprepared. A higher amount than the amount stated in the reservation is always charged. Even when it states “fees already included” they charge everything again. And there's no point in arguing, they're arrogant and think they're doing you a huge favor by “accepting” you as a guest. The elevator is old, it grabs, the button you request doesn't light up. Old bath towels that are very worn out. Bad duvet or blanket. Anyway, the hotel is terrible. We stayed there out of necessity due to the location due to a course that a group of friends took. If it weren't for that, I would never book this hotel.

Good room, good location, very close to the Siqueira Campos subway, nice breakfast. A good hosting!

Ar condicionado muito barulhento, não consegui manter ligado. Elevadores velhos, barulhentos. Luz do corredor do hall dos quartos nem acende. Funcionários pouco simpáticos.

Instalação ótima, muito bem localizada, em frente ao metrô e as bikes Itaú, que permite ótima movimentação também. Vista do quarto também muito ótima. Quarto bem aconchegante para o casal, tirando o barulho do ar condicionado. O chuveiro bem forte a pressão da água. Alimentação e bebidas no hotel também excelente. Estádia foi excelente.

My many stays at the Premier Copacabana have always been pleasant and comfortable. The hotel's location is fantastic for walking to neighborhood restaurants, the beach, Cambio establishments and the subway system. Kudōs to the desk staff, hotel restaurant help and the hard-working chamber maids and maintenance. Premier Copacabana Hotel is my go to hotel when I visit Rio.

Staff were cool and the location was alright but overall the establishment needs some work …. The gym is extremely underwhelming ….room had a strong weird odour at times ….. plenty of insects albeit the climate is tropica in Rio …. Changed hotels for the last 4 days of my stay and had a much better experience …..

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Breakfast provided plenty of options. Location is in walking distance to the train and also the beach/boardwalk. Room with 2 twin beds was small, so not some place you can hang out in. Rooftop pool was very nice, not crowded, and provided excellent views.
