Came to Hangzhou for a trip and booked a hotel online. The girl at the front desk was very welcoming and nice. The room was OK, the mattress was thick, the breakfast dishes were rich, and there was a special car to take guests to the airport.

1. The decoration of the hotel is too old. Many parts of the room are in tatters. A bottle of mineral water on the bedside table is not safe. 2. Hygiene needs to be improved. There are oil stains on the table, stains on the sheets, and there are many black stains when the toilet flush button is pressed and wiped with paper towels. 3. The room smells bad. Fortunately, the room is equipped with an air purifier, otherwise the smell would be terrible. 4. The hotel's front desk service is still good, which deserves praise. When traveling on business, I like to stay at Lavande and Vienna. This is the worst Lavande hotel I have ever stayed in. I really won’t choose this hotel next time.

The hotel is not bad, about 20 minutes from the airport. There are buses to the airport every half hour. You need to confirm in advance whether to go to T3 or T4. The driver who picks you up is really patient and wishes you a pleasant journey. We left early and didn't have breakfast. The room was relatively clean, not damp, and the sleep was relatively comfortable. I will come again next time.

The facilities are old, the signs are unclear, the experience is extremely bad, there is not even a pair of slippers, the shower head in the bathroom is from an unknown era, it is a very weird design, the switch direction is wrong and the cold water comes out from the top, and there is no sign. There is no small card or anything for the wireless network password. I couldn't find the password after searching for a long time, so I just used the data plan.

The hotel is not far from the airport. The hotel provides airport shuttle service which is very convenient. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. The room facilities are a bit old, the bed is relatively comfortable, the breakfast is satisfactory, and the hotel is quite cost-effective.
