Came to Hangzhou for a trip and booked a hotel online. The girl at the front desk was very welcoming and nice. The room was OK, the mattress was thick, the breakfast dishes were rich, and there was a special car to take guests to the airport.

1. The decoration of the hotel is too old. Many parts of the room are in tatters. A bottle of mineral water on the bedside table is not safe.
