First of all, the hotel is newly opened, the environment is clean and tidy, the hardware facilities are complete and in normal use, especially the boss and the boss's son are from Beijing, China, they are very warm and comfortable, the front desk can speak Chinese, there is no problem with reception and communication, the location is more than 10 minutes walk from Patong Night Market, Jiangxi Leng Shopping Center, Ban Zaan Seafood Market, and there is also a Chinese breakfast to satisfy the Chinese stomach. Eat well in the morning and feel energetic all day long. The hotel's private swimming pool improves the grade and is very tasteful! In short, I stayed comfortably for 4 days and 3 nights, ate happily, played to my heart's content, and will come again...! 🇹🇭✈️

Nice fresh hotel. Unpretentious breakfasts. The rooms are clean, if you need to clean, put the sign by the door in the ”Cleaning” position. If you need at least some views towards the sea in Patong, then take rooms with sea/city views and from the 4th floor and above. On the 6th floor (roof) there is a small bar and a swimming pool, a gym in the area of ​​15 sq.m. It’s not clear who uses them at all. Only if during vacation over 14 days, and that’s not a fact. This is considered the 4th line, to the night market where there is a sea of ​​street food about 800m. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 store, a laundry, simple cafes, and exchange offices. We ate mainly at the market or closer to 2-3 lines. The hotel is not for families with children or the elderly. If you have pain in your legs, this is not for you either. I don’t understand people who deliberately choose this hotel and write reviews that it is on a mountain and is constantly going uphill. It’s difficult to please you in everyday life, too. Either physical education or you take a bike and everything is fine. Transparent toilet shower, it’s even cool 👍 there is a curtain. If you eat MJ together, what have you not seen from each other 😂 that could confuse you. There is air conditioning and it blows normally. The balcony is small, there is no separate dryer, there is simply nowhere to put it on the balcony, since the places are occupied by chairs and a table. If you didn’t like it, then most likely you don’t know how to choose a hotel for yourself and someone chose it for you without telling you the nuances.

On arrival, I insisted on inspecting the room first. I've learned these days to always do that before I pay. There is no lift, so we walked up the stairs to be greeted by wafts of **** smoke smells. That sets the scene for this place. The rooms are nice and clean and pretty spacious. They all have amazing sea views. The problem is, there are no non smoking areas. There's cigarette and **** smoking everywhere. You literally can't sit by the pool after lunchtime without getting stoned! And I hate the smell of ******** and we don't smoke so we really did not come to the right place. In the morning, the debris from the parties of the downstairs rooms are all over the grass. Empty bottles, chip packets, cigarette butts, all around the sun loungers down by the pool. We were shocked that the hotel staff had not cleaned it up prior to 9am and us getting to the pool. They say they have a 24/7 service desk but we got stuck in Charong at some expats house, no taxi service availabe, uber didn't work, so we tried calling the hotel for an hour (9:15pm - 10pm) to see if they could organise a taxi for us, but they don't answer the phone. When we finally got back, there's a guy doing accounts or something on the front desk and I asked him why they don't answer the phone. He told me they don't answer it at night. The breakfast buffet is budget. The bacon is kept with the chef so you can't help yourself. The sausages look like floor sweepings (and one bite told me that's the case). There's barely a smile from any of the staff. Really terrible experience. If you're just after a room that's central and clean,and you can smoke **** and cigarettes all you like, but you don't care for the rest of the experience, then this is the place for you. The only other bonus was that there's no kids so the pool while stinky of smoke, is at least quiet.

Traveling to Phuket for the first time as a family and we had a wonderful stay at OZO. Good location near the beach and opposite the Kata night market with lots of food choices. Kata is a family oriented area compared to Patong. We checked in about an hour earlier and it was nice of the hotel to include a single bed in the living room without charge. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious with ceiling fans in both areas. Good that hotel provides free parking too. Breakfast selection is ok. Pool area is popular with families and nice to have a slides for kids. Overall a good hotel choice for families.

The best hotel we have ever been. The services are incredible, from every part. You can’t any default from their quality. Never experience that before. Want to return back very soon. This is the best of the best.

It is on the east side of Phuket, which is not a popular tourist attraction, so there is no traffic jam. Let's talk about the villa again. The villa is a ring structure, all stand-alone villas, with a swimming pool in the middle. The environment is very good. We were amazed as soon as we entered. It felt super value instantly. Moreover, this is one of the few villas that can clearly provide twin beds. Other hotels are random with large beds and twin beds. The room is very large, and it is a suite. 🈶 Bathtub, double wash basins are provided, and there is a swimming pool outside. The swimming pool is exposed to the sun during the day, and it is just right for swimming at night. It is comfortable and cozy, and it really feels like a vacation. Finally, let's talk about the attractions. We took a taxi to Phuket Town, which took about fifteen minutes. The shuttle bus from Phuket Town to Patong 🈶, the open-top shuttle bus is so cool, and the distance is very close, which is also about fifteen minutes. It also takes about fifteen minutes to take a taxi from Patong back to the villa. In short, it is very close. The next day, we took a taxi to Nai Harn Beach, which took ten minutes. This is a niche beach for foreigners to vacation. The beach is fine and the sea water is clear. It is very suitable for vacation. It takes 20 minutes to walk from Nai Harn to Yaniu Beach. You can kayak and snorkel. It is also a niche attraction. There are not many people. After walking for about 10 minutes, you can reach the Fairy Peninsula to watch the sunset. Finally, take a taxi to Rawai Seafood Market for dinner. It takes 10 minutes to get back to the villa by taxi. Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down. Not sure if water level will be lower in the afternoon or not. One of my photos shows the hotel viewed from the seaside.

My husband and I recently spent a wonderful long weekend at Naka Island and would definitely recommend this hotel. From the airport, the property is a quick drive and then five-minute boat trip, but yet we felt so far removed from the crowds and noise of many other parts of Phuket. We stayed in a garden pool villa which had almost 360-degree windows making you feel connected to the natural environment even while inside. The room had everything you could need, want, and then some. It was a beautiful, serene space that also did a lovely job of honoring its Thai roots. Outside was completely private, and we could sit by the pool either in the sun or in the shade on our covered, separate porch. Although we had our own plunge pool, we loved sitting by the main pool and enjoying the incredible views of the Andaman Sea. The food was great at all the restaurants, but we especially enjoyed our dinner at My Grill (kudos to Kit), and loved sunset at Z Bar which is an absolute must! The ladies who served us each night were fantastic! We also enjoyed kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and biking. All equipment is provided complimentary by the hotel and was super easy to take out. The views are beautiful throughout the property, so staying in a garden villa was completely fine. But I must admit that we were able to see inside one of the ocean view villas when the gate was open for the cleaning staff, and the view was so stunning that I likely will pay the added cost to stay in one of those when we return. Some resort “ocean view” rooms are not worth the cost; I believe at Naka Island they definitely are. So … lovely room, yummy food, fun activities and stunning views … all these features definitely make Naka Island worth visiting. But what makes it so special and worth returning are the people. The warmth of the staff and what seemed to me a genuine desire to engage, befriend, and provide top-notch hospitality in every manner possible sets the hotel apart. Kudos to Kris for his role in creating this lovely environment and personally setting an example for his staff on how to make guests feel both comfortable and special. We look forward to returning to this little slice of heaven.
