Patong Beach Phuket|0.14km from Patong Otop Shopping Paradise
Booked the hotel two months ago, and checked the latest reviews the night before check-in , Who knows that I was shocked when I saw it, there are so many negative reviews... I don't think well. Two days after check-in, I came to evaluate it just after checkout. It gave me a good impression. The purpose is to rehabilitate the hotel. Breakfast: Indeed, like many reviews, there are fewer choices and more Western-style ones. I give 3 points. Location: At the southernmost end of Patong Beach, the back door leads to Patong Beach, and the front door leads to the commercial street. The location is superior, and I give it 5 points. Staff attitude: Many people commented on discrimination before, but I didn't feel it at all. I checked in early at noon that day, and a room was arranged for me. Welcome drink, too. The arranged room is facing the swimming pool (unfortunately forgot to take a picture), not the tail room. Some people reported the problem of breakfast discrimination. They should wait outside the door wherever they go. This is polite. Gardens/Facilities: The hotel is full of tropical style, with three swimming pools, enough for fun. Many people say that the hotel is too old. Indeed, if it does not have a certain sense of age, it is impossible to have such a good location. But the hotel has been gradually being renovated. Maybe I was lucky. The room I lived in was renovated, not big, but very new. I give 5 points Noise problem: Thanks to the previous comments, I know that the hotel is isolated from the hardrock bar. I didn't book a standard room, but I booked a pool view, which completely avoided the noise problem. Therefore, please try to book a pool view room to avoid the noise problem. I give 5 points

The room was taken for 16 days. What was left satisfied: + Space room + Bath and shower + Daily cleaning + Food (Breakfast). The choice is small but I could always find something for myself. There were always sausages, sausages, rice, chicken, vegetables fresh and cooked, eggs, soup, tea, coffee, chips. What didn't like: - Noisy. But here as if not a minus, it is necessary to understand that the hotel is on the busy street, where music and people scream until 3 nights) - Bad towels. Owners would not prevent them from being replaced..Painty and twisted - The washing of mirrors and glass in the bathroom. It was necessary to wash the very... well very glared - The management of lighting too very very strange I do not recommend: - Who has a sensitive sleep and a desire to sleep on rest - With children In the hotel live in most of India's citizens

Staff were pleasant to deal with, breakfast was good, variety was repetitive. Swim up Bar, good cocktails. Property is in need of some repair, recent forced closures is to blame. Room was clean, air con awesome. Location is 70 metres from Hard Rock Cafe and O-Top. Far enough away to not be noisy. Will definatley stay again.

I am quite happy that I chose Holiday Inn Resort Patong, thanks for those who wrote their reviews 👍this hotel is very close to everything you need, within walking distance to restaurants, malls, convenience stores, beach n the famous walking street. But it is always quiet within the hotel. We don't need to spend anything on transportation except to n from the airport. We stayed at the premium balcony room on the new wing, it is very nice. I like the design of separate toilet, bathroom, sink n dressing table, which is very convenient. All the staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast is ok. Although the variety is not much, it got all the basic stuff. Swimming pool is nice n not crowded at all, maybe Sept is not the peak season. Only one thing that I don't like was the hotel's Friday night BBQ dinner buffet which costs Baht 850 per person. Beef was overcooked, prawns were undercooked. We founded that the BBQ chicken wings bought from the street hawker were much more better n it is definitely an must try.

Except that the water is a bit salty, everything else is fine. The bar behind is noisy, but we feel okay, if you are too noisy, you can ask if there is a room that is not right on the bar plaza. In the evening, there is a resident singer in the restaurant. The main song is a song, and the drinks are not expensive. It is suitable for people who don't want to go out. The masseur in the courtyard should be very good, and it is always the rhythm of the appointment. In addition, the waiters are very good.
