Room simple and clean . Location is in the front of main road what make it very noisy whole time . Swimming pool is very small. Very noisy and very dirty Staff are nice

The service staff barely spoke English so it was hard to communicate with her. The room is good for a 1-2 day temporary stay

The location is convenient, as between Kata and Karon, within walking distance of 7/11, massage parlors, beaches. They cleaned upon request, regularly provided all toiletries and water. Thank you very much for this. Requests were answered immediately, the staff is friendly. Of the amenities, there was a lack of a microwave, kitchen utensils and dishes.

Excellent hotel for its price in season. Not bad location, quite clean room.

At first we stayed 7 nights in one room) We decided to extend our stay for another 3 nights, they gave us another room, it was clean and comfortable)

Excellent hotel. Good location, 20-30 minutes to Kata or Karon. Good breakfasts, plenty to choose from. Panoramic pool works.

Overall it's OK, the price/performance ratio is OK. The room is relatively large, with a 1.8m big bed and a small bed, suitable for two adults and one child. The front desk service is also good. But the hotel is on the roadside, a little noisy at night, with motorcycles flying, and a small swimming pool downstairs. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Kata Beach and Khanom Beach, and it's a little dangerous to walk on the roadside.

Wonderful place. Quick check-in, large room for three, towels, refrigerator, safe, kettle (tea, coffee, glasses, cups), shower accessories (shower gel, shampoo), TV, container, sofa. 15 minutes to Kata Beach, 18 minutes to Karon along beautiful streets where there are cafes, massage, currency exchange. The location is excellent. The girl at the reception is extremely customer-oriented, with excellent English. For reference, a deposit is required upon check-in, which is returned. We definitely recommend this place!!!

location is not for everyone. quiet place, but far from the beach. taxi drivers consider this to be the Kata area and try to jack up the price if you are going from Patong. didn't work for us. wi-fi everywhere, tiny pool. rooms are clean, cleaning and water every day.

Good hotel for your money. Nice girl at the reception. Made a free room upgrade. We were given a huge room on the top floor with a beautiful view of Kata. The hotel is located between two beaches Karon and Katoy. Slowly walk for 10-15 minutes. The hike to Karon was picturesque (if you don’t follow the main road) you can admire how the locals live. Nearby is Makro, and behind it is a local Super Chip store. The hotel is located a little on the foothills. The room is cleaned every day, everything is left perfectly clean.

The boss is very nice. Due to my schedule, I couldn't check in at the specified time. After communicating with the boss in advance, he was waiting for me at the front desk. They also helped call a taxi when leaving the hotel. But I don’t speak much Chinese. I can communicate in English well. The room is relatively spacious and quite quiet. Finally had a good night's sleep. The health condition is also pretty good. There are three public swimming pools on the first floor. They are not too big, but it is still possible to do activities in them, and it adds to the fun of the hotel. There is no elevator in the hotel, so you need to carry your luggage up. The location is also good, there is a supermarket nearby. If you go to the beach, walking there is acceptable, but I rented a motorcycle, which is very convenient.
